onI took my 2008 jeep wrangler in for a check engine light.Crown said it was a bad catalytic converter although it was only 2 months old.Said it was $3500.00 to fix.I then took it to a muffler shop they said there is nothing wrong with the converters just a bad o2 sensor fixed my problems for $98.00.Why would anybody go to this place just run.

Dealer Response
Dennis,
We appreciate your review and apologize if there was some confusion. When you brought the vehicle to us you had had an aftermarket catalytic converter and oxygen sensors installed in it. Per FCA, with any emissions issue that involves aftermarket parts the first step in a diagnosis per FCA is to remove the aftermarket components and replace with OEM parts. This is what we recommended. We believe that you have not driven the vehicle enough to confirm the repair performed by your muffler shop. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need any further assistance.
Sincerely,
Trevor Gant
