by Mark on 07/25/2025I have purchased several vehicles from Crown. Purchased a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L 4x4 Limited on 7/24/2025. Each time the purchase just gets better. My sales person Jacob Fugate did a really good job in making sure my purchase went… well from finding me the right vehicle to making sure each step of the process went smooth. Always a very good experience in finance department. The General Manager Virgil Edwards always beats my best deals from other Jeep dealers and makes sure I’m completely satisfied. He’s very knowledgeable and just a great guy to work with. He cares about his customers and provides great customer service. This is the CDJR dealership to go to for your best deal and no pressure purchase.Mark, thank you for your wonderful review! I was about to give up on buying due to all the drama lies n misleading advertising of prices from Other dealerships. I haven't car shopped… since 2017. Boy did I get a surprise. Let me tell you ,I honesty looked at every make n model of vans. After weeks of looking n some dealerships feeding me so much [non-permissible content removed] trying to sell me opposite of what I told them I was looking for,trying to convince me to buy an ugly gray,or black or white. ( that's the only 3 colors on every lot I found out) finally I found Stacy in chattanooga at Crown ! She was so nice, so attentive ,so knowledgeable about the new Chrysler Pacifica . And she listened to me n my wants!! And had a red one.. Stacy made buying a new Chrysler so easy for me. ( my stress level and anger was to the top ,with other dealerships n sales people) Stacy wasn't pushy or never tried to try n lie about the Van. Expressed her wishes many times about me being happy and getting what I wanted. Something other salesman didn't do at many other lots. She even worked out an easier paperwork process since my husband had an eye issue and couldn't see well that day.. so yes. Stacy at Crown is one of the kindest and most helpful amd knowledgeable sale ladies I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with! Thank you Stacy. I will gladly send all my friends that live hours away from chattanooga ,like I am, to Crown to purchase a new vehicle .Thank you for your positive review! Incredibly Happy with my New Car!

Yet, I can speak to my overall experience, even in the face of… manufacturer delays and the challenges those can create for a deal. Trevor Turner was my first point of contact, and he did an excellent job of ensuring I was kept up to date, and carefully guided through the entire process. There may have been moments where I wasn't happy with a particular circumstance, but those were out of his control; yet, he did his best to find solutions and navigate any roadblocks that were in our way. I couldn't recommend working with Trevor more! I should also note that this was a group effort. Tara Stricklin and Will Spann helped tremendously as well. I really appreciate their time and attention; it made the final deal closing and delivery a breeze!Thank you very much for taking the time to write this wonderful review.
