Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chattanooga

I went to every car dealership from Knoxville to chattanooga. Crown dodge was last on my list. I was about to give up on buying due to all the drama lies n misleading advertising of prices from Other dealerships. I haven't car shopped since 2017. Boy did I get a surprise. Let me tell you ,I honesty looked at every make n model of vans. After weeks of looking n some dealerships feeding me so much [non-permissible content removed] trying to sell me opposite of what I told them I was looking for,trying to convince me to buy an ugly gray,or black or white. ( that's the only 3 colors on every lot I found out) finally I found Stacy in chattanooga at Crown ! She was so nice, so attentive ,so knowledgeable about the new Chrysler Pacifica . And she listened to me n my wants!! And had a red one.. Stacy made buying a new Chrysler so easy for me. ( my stress level and anger was to the top ,with other dealerships n sales people) Stacy wasn't pushy or never tried to try n lie about the Van. Expressed her wishes many times about me being happy and getting what I wanted. Something other salesman didn't do at many other lots. She even worked out an easier paperwork process since my husband had an eye issue and couldn't see well that day.. so yes. Stacy at Crown is one of the kindest and most helpful amd knowledgeable sale ladies I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with! Thank you Stacy. I will gladly send all my friends that live hours away from chattanooga ,like I am, to Crown to purchase a new vehicle .
