Dealership Sales Review
The first thing I'd like to say is that Steve, my salesman, is very atypical. Most salesmen have taken a couple classes in how to sell. And you have to sit there and listen to the cliches and strategies, which they talk to you as if you are teenager. Sadly that works with most of the public, but I hate it. Steve was just a guy, helping to make a decision, and chatting about life. At the end I actually thanked him for not being a [non-permissible content removed]. He laughed. I ordered a car, and it came when he said it would, even tho I didn't believe they could make it in 4 weeks. But they did. I also researched the hell out of what my trade in would be worth. The results were a range between 25 and 30 according to BB - some, and black book. They gave me 28.5, even though at that point they had me in a poor negotiation position, as I had already taken the new car. So they are fair. And nice. It was by far the most pleasant purchase I've ever made!
