However, the General Manager Taz Aziz and our salesperson Mack Jacobs turn a bad situation into a great car buying experience. Mack s super… friendly and knowledgeable about the products on the lot and makes buying a used truck a great and friendly experience. Taz did a fantastic job in listening to our issues and apologizing for their error. He asked for the opportunity to set thing right and made it easy to say yes. We were able to come to an agreement on price over the phone that was fair and close to the previous price on the original trcuk we wanted. Prior to arriving, we received a text showing the car had been detailed and was ready for us. On site, the paperwork was all ready and just needed signatures. Mack got us into a finance manager quickly and we completed the purchase and were on our way. I applaud them for their honesty and willingness to listed and make it possible to buy another used truck that was very close in condition and quality to our original desire. I recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car or truck.Thanks for my great deal

When I told him what I was looking for, he immediately got things rolling for me. He showed me around… and guided me through all the available Nissan Rogues that were available in my price range. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. James was very informative and he answered every question and concern I had patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don?t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Mr. James delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead and telling my family, friends and co-workers.Great Job

Our salesperson Taylor was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was… selling and did an amazing job as did all the managers. by Flo62 on 05/20/2015I went to JT's approximately 2 weeks ago to look into a Jeep Cherokee as my 2012 Patriot is out of warranty. Lloyd fulfilled his promise to help me find a vehicle that I like with the warranty I need & at my price. He called Monday & said… he has a 2014 Cherokee he thinks I might be interested. I returned yesterday, test drove a 2015 Cherokee which has similar features with the one he called about. After test driving this car, I asked if he could give me a comparison figures between the 2014 & 2015 Cherokee. When he showed this to me, I asked if I could get the 2015 Cherokee at $329.00; after checking, he gave me the good news. I signed the papers late yesterday & even though he was busy with another customer, he still gave me his time to talk & set the time for me to come back today to pick up my new car. Also, Josh (I forgot his last name) helped me find a way to add extended warranty & Gap insurance to my loan in a manner that I can afford. I'm glad that I came to JT's to buy my new car as I always come here to service my Patriot.I had a fantastic car buying experience
