If I could give no stars...

Zero respect for customers from management. I had a great test drive and was ready to talk about paperwork. Their whole demeanor changed and thanks to Tony or whatever he said his name was (high and tight with a flat top) they made no sale. I'll buy my jeep somewhere else.
