I initially had a bad experience trying to buy a used truck due to a communication breakdown. However, the General Manager Taz Aziz and our salesperson Mack Jacobs turn a bad situation into a great car buying experience. Mack s super friendly and knowledgeable about the products on the lot and makes buying a used truck a great and friendly experience. Taz did a fantastic job in listening to our issues and apologizing for their error. He asked for the opportunity to set thing right and made it easy to say yes. We were able to come to an agreement on price over the phone that was fair and close to the previous price on the original trcuk we wanted. Prior to arriving, we received a text showing the car had been detailed and was ready for us. On site, the paperwork was all ready and just needed signatures. Mack got us into a finance manager quickly and we completed the purchase and were on our way. I applaud them for their honesty and willingness to listed and make it possible to buy another used truck that was very close in condition and quality to our original desire. I recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car or truck.
