After months of going to dealerships and being told no with no explanation, I heard of Stateline via my radio. What made me come is an instinct and boy was I right. I see that they had a wide verity of the car I was looking for which was the 2015 Dodge Charger all at a reasonable price. I made and appoint and was to ask for the manager. I arrived and met with the manager and was introduced to James. I explained my situation and my many horror stories from previous dealerships. This go round things were different as James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was only at the dealership for about 2 hours. Before you know it I was driving my Dream Car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect and in the end get what they want!!!!!

I want to personally thank my sales consultant, Mark Zban, who was extremely professional throughout the entire sales process. I've never worked with a more knowledgeable and efficient salesman. The negotiation process was very smooth and most importantly, very comfortable. Mr Zban respected our time and was very efficient throughout the entire process. Management and finance personnel were also very friendly. My husband & I drove from Aiken,SC to check out Stateline since the prices online were the best we have seen. The staff was very welcoming from the second we pulled in. Our sales rep was Tony. Once speaking with him we knew this is who we would be buying a Jeep from. He was very humble, down to earth & relatable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. it was a breathe of fresh air going into Stateline after car shopping for over 6 months trying to find the right car.

I had an wonderful experience with Stateline Chrysler. This was my time ever buying a car, and if it wasn't for Sandra and Dan I would have not been able to get the car I'll keep forever. Again, if there any are question or concerns on my car they are always here to assist me even after I purchased my car. Glad I came here and will say you will be very impress with there wonderful staff and service. Thank you Stateline I'm so happy and pleased and will continue to purchase cars here in the future!

Great sales experience, not so great with paperwork

I bought my car through an eBay auction - it was a leftover 2013 and I scored a pretty good deal. I was a bit disappointed to find out after the fact that the dealership included a mandatory $500 "Fade Warranty" for the interior, but I suppose they have to make their money somewhere. Britton was great to deal with, and they delivered the car to my office where I signed all the paperwork. The headache began with titling and registration. I paid the tax, title, and license fee upfront and received a 30-day temporary tag. The tag was 3 days from expiring and I hadn't received my permanent tags yet. I called the dealership and the title person said that she hadn't sent the paperwork yet "because of the snow". For 30 days?! I had to go to the DMV myself and get another temp tag (2 hours of my life I'll not get back). The first round of paperwork that was sent was wrong and returned by the DMV to the dealership. The second round was sent up and was missing a document. Thankfully, a person from the DMV called me directly and I was able to locate and FAX the required paperwork. It appears that the car is now legally registered, and it only took 2 months to accomplish that. I would suggest that a dealer selling cars to out-of-state buyers retain a service to handle the registrations or simply hand the customer the paperwork and tell them they're on their own.

Obviously, that's their business. But the point being, they make it happen. We showed up at 6pm, we were on the road at 8. Our salesman was on the ball. Honest, and didn't try to pressure us at all. Gave accurate and honest info, answered questions and honest enough to tell us if he didn't know. Really feel he was working for us on the sale. The dealership gave us vs very good price right off the bat. We had a set limit, and new what we could afford. They managed to give us slightly more in options for what we thought we'd spend. We walked away from a deal at another dealership earlier that day. That dealer just drug the whole process out, so by the time we were getting close to our price 4 hours into the process. At Stateline, we got none of that back and forth B.S. At the end of the day we got a jeep with $500 more options for less $$ than the 1st dealer offered,plus we got it done in 2hrs! - on the road in 2 hours! I recommend everyone go to Stateline 1st, enjoy your ride for the rest of the day!

I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Stateline Dodge. A new Challenger and a Durango. I worked with Chance and Britton on the sales piece and Aaron for the financing. Mr. Dillard and Mark our Sales Consultant were friendly and amazing. Mark was personable and able to help me find the best vehicle for me and my family. I came to Stateline due to their reputation of helping customers who are credit challenged. They did not disappoint! All the staff were amazing. We are new the area and the service I received exceeded my expectations. The finance team was able to obtain financing for the vehicle I fell in love with, at a payment I could afford! I would recommend Stateline to anyone searching for a vehicle who wants customer-focused service. I was treated as a person, they listened to what I wanted and needed and we are more than satisfied. Did I mention I have an amazing, New 2015 Chrysler 200!

I purchased a vehicle from Stateline last week. The van I wanted isn't a popular one as it is a commercial van. After a quick rundown of the options I wanted, one was found and was promised to arrive in about 3 days. The negotiation was everything I wanted, as well. I asked for them to respect my wishes and not call me as I would call them when I was ready. Unlike most places they respected that wish. I didn't look at any other dealers but knew a price range I was willing to pay. Calling me would have lost the sale. After we came to agreements on price, the van only took 1 day to arrive. The paper work and finance department did an excellent job of expediting the closing process. Took maybe an hour from the time I arrived until I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!

I really the whole experience, I am typically the type of buyer who doesn't necess need all the attention in the world. I do my own research, watch videos, and read reviews online to assure my potential purchase, however this time it was different. Paul the sales person knew everything about the car from features, capabilities, and just day to day activities with the vehicle. I was amazed by his knowledge and he informed me on product information that I did not know. I told him my needs, wants, and must have and they had seve al options from me to pick from.m It was painless and an great experience.
