    Purchased the vehicle before it’s arrival during the negotiations we had added the spray in bed liner as who has a truck without one ... to only receiving the truck without a spray in bed liner. It now becomes customers word vs dealership/salesman’s it’s marked on the bill of sale under additional items but yet a hassle to prove

    Be very cautious!! I purchased a used 2015 GMC Sierra from Hurd in February. In May (only 2200 miles later) I had the first opportunity to use the AC and found it did not work. I immediately brought the vehicle in and was informed that it needed a new condenser and would cost close to $1000 for the job. They sold me a vehicle with a broken air conditioner and refuse to stand behind it! Who uses AC in 30 degree weather! I have purchased from Hurd in the past and considered them to be an excellent dealership however after this experience I warn you, Hurd has changed and cannot be trusted! Take a word of warning and take your business elsewhere!

    Our car was misrepresented from the start as being certified (it is not). We were not given any paperwork. We were not asked to confirm the ridiculously high interest rate on the loan (9.9% - we don't have bad credit). They lied blatantly on the phone about why they could not deliver the car on time. They are trying to get out of delivery - one of our conditions of purchase. Take a lesson from us - stay away.
    • We called to say the deal was off. The car was delivered within a few hours. Just the car. No keys, no title, no contract. Nothing. They did not even say a word, just left the car in the driveway. They are not returning my calls. Draw your own conclusions about using this dealership.

    I just bought a brand new Chevrolet malibu from Hurd Chevrolet and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Everyone is so nice and seems eager to make you feel comfortable. There was no pressure whatsoever...I have recommended my sister there who is looking at either the Traverse or the Enclave. I highly recommend this dealership

    Very aggressive sales people. Started printing out paperwork even when they were told we wanted to think about it. Very high pressure to make the sale.

    I liked the fact that I did not feel pressure to make a decision. In fact when we left the dealership to look at other cars their was no panic from Dave S.. He knew he has a good product and had no reason to worry.

    Hurd Auto Mall delivered my new GMC truck with the back up camera disconnected. They did not fully test the truck prior to delivering it. They just wanted to make the sale and get rid of me. After I discovered the problem, they made me schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I had to wait nearly 2 hours to have the camera connected. Very sloppy in how they handle a new truck delivery and how they handle a dissatisfied customer.

    The salesperson was what impressed me the most. He made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me at all. I would definately buy another vehicle from Hurd auto mall.

    For my deal the team was outstanding! I presented particular challenges that were met with a smile and a handshake. In the end I am more than pleased with my new truck and pleased with the attentiveness, dedication and efforts of the team I worked with. As a side note, that Debbie in Finance is crazy! Actually an inside joke, she was wonderful.
