Toyota Tacoma Purchase
by Travis Graham on 04/30/2023Stopped in on April 28th just thinking I would test drive a Toyota Tacoma and ended up leaving in it. Had a great experience with Kyle as my salesman and Jim the manager. They gave me a great deal and the speed of everything fast and… efficient. Jim was my finance manager and explained everything and I was in and out of the office. I would recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle, stop in and ask for Kyle.Great experience.

They bought my old truck and I drove away in a new lease in under 45… minutes, including a walkthrough of all the features. He even took extensive pictures of the inside of the car to make sure that my dog would fit with the back of the back seat… down. In the end, I chose the Toyota Prius Prime and I absolutely love it. Was told to not come if I didn’t want to buy today
by Terrible customer service on 01/10/2021I was in for a test drive for an used vehicle and got to negotiating the price with the sales person. After a while, the sales manager came. I was talking with him for a while. He asked me if he gave me the price I wanted, would I buy it… today. I said I wanted to go back to check my financing options and come in another day for the final purchase. He said and I quote “don’t come in if you don’t want to buy it today”. Maybe they should put that in all of their communications with their customers.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. It seems that we came up short in meeting your expectations, and that is not the customer service that we seek to provide. Awesome Dealership
