Carlos Roman was an amazing salesperson. He worked with me for three weeks to make sure I picked the best car for me. He even took extensive pictures of the inside of the car to make sure that my dog would fit with the back of the back seat down. In the end, I chose the Toyota Prius Prime and I absolutely love it. Carlos really worked to help me find the best car for me and showed that he actually cared for me as a customer.
