    In May of this year, 2018, I decided to finally go after my dream sports car, a new Mustang GT Premium Convertible. After a horrible experience elsewhere with attitude, we ended up stopping at Springfield Ford Lincoln, met Tom Devito, and after a very pleasant evening, drove home with a beautiful 2018 Mustang!. About a month later we found ourselves needing another car for day to day driving. My better half and I decided to get another all wheel drive for the inclement weather we experience in the Poconos. The only place we went was right back to Springfield Ford Lincoln, and once again spoke to Tom Devito. After going over a few things they had in stock, Tom suggested looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln, a first for us. He found us a beautiful 2015 MKZ, all wheel drive, off a lease, with only a little over 14000 miles on it, a spotless car. Tom went over every inch of the car, knew every bell and whistle on it, and spent so much time going over it all. Once we sat down and discussed the numbers, this car was a win win, and we closed the deal. Could not have been easier! Tom Devito made the process a pleasure, not only for my dream sports car, but for our every day driver. The sales manager, Bob Brescia was a pleasure to talk to, Jason in the business office also fantastic. It is people like this, the atmosphere, and the complete feeling of being welcome in the showroom, the showing of respect, makes it so worth the while for us to make the 2 hour drive from the Pocono Mountains down to Springfield. Do not hesitate to visit Springfield Ford Lincoln, don not hesitate to do business with them!!

    My son, daughter-in-law and I walked into the Springfield Ford dealership last week. We were greeted by friendly employees. Our salesperson was Allen Ubaldini. He made buying a car a real pleasure. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to everyone. Thanks for a great experience, Al. Al explained all the options that were available to me from car options to financing options.     Just purchased my 2nd Ford F150 from Springfield Ford. After testing the waters at other Dealerships, Al Ubaldini made what was a long, trying car buying process turn into an enjoyable experience. Every other dealer we went to, drew out the negotiation process as long as they could. Al was able to quickly negotiate and come up with a great deal. They didn't even have the truck that I wanted on the lot so they searched other dealerships to make a trade to get it. Even the finance guy (Chuck) made a quick turn around when we went to sign the papers. Overall it was a great experience after being beaten down from other dealers. Safe to say, I will be buying my next F150 ( hopefully not for a long time) at Springfield Ford.

    My experience with this dealership was incredible. They were willing to work with us the moment we stepped through the door and were very upfront about pricing and the options available to us. We initially set up an appointment over the phone with a very kind man named, Claude. Then we received excellent care from Allen when we arrived on site to view and make a purchase! He took great care of us and made purchasing my first car a breeze.

    Al was my very knowledgable salesman with a Great personality! He gave me the best car shopping experience I've ever had and I'm 63 yrs old. Making a long story short... I requested a Ford Edge. Most of us love the new vehicle, but hate the inevitable shopping/financing/waiting ordeal. With humor and pleaseantries, Al made the ordeal bearable and quite seamless. He was patent and very attentive, not forgetting a single detail of my desires in a vehicle. Midway through the deal, after signing paperwork and finishing the financing process, I changed my mind from wanting to switch from the Ford Edge to an Escape. Al had already put so much valuable time, energy and effort into pleasantly making sure I was pleased with my purchase and was satisfied with every detail of the Edge. Yet, when I changed my mind, Al truly impressed me with the graciousness he showed when I opted for the Ford Escape, knowing full well that the paperwork would have to be redone. He never missed a beat in every effort to satisfy me. He even offered me dinner from a Ford event that was going on while I waited. LOL, a real dinner with meat, veggies and starch. As long as Al is at Springfield Ford and Lincoln in PA, I will continue to return and refer. Thank you Al from the bottom of my heart...sign...One Happy Customer!!! Delaine

    I went to look at a 2017 Lincoln Continental two weeks ago and was greeted by Al. He was a very nice guy ,walked me around the lot, showed me various models. I was unable to purchase the model I wanted in that it was not in stock.When the model I desire is available I am planning to have Al sell me the car.

    I recently purchased an F-150 from Springfield Ford and it was a terrific experience. Al Ubaldini (Sales Consultant) and Rex Aaron (Sales Manager) went out of their way to ensure the process was smooth and easy. Al was extremely knowledgeable on all of the levels and options related to the F-150. This was especially valuable to me considering there are so many choices. Thanks again to the Springfield Ford team and I'm sure we'll be back in the future for another vehicle.

    I leased a brand new 2017 Escape and salesman Tom DeVito made sure everything went perfectly smooth! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot! I would recommend to everyone & anyone! 5 stars :-)

    I had the very best experience in buying a car at Springfield Ford!! Rita is the best salesperson ever because she answered all of our questions and made the car buying experience a whole lot of fun!! Rex the sales manager gave me a great price and Steve the General Sales Manager even came over to thank me for my business. Never been around a nicer group of people. This is a great plaee to by a car!!

    BE CAREFUL BUYING A SHELBY GT350. Vin number ending 5521934. We were the original buyers of this car. We got home with the car and found broken glass in the trunk and on the top of the back seats. Upon further inspection we found that whoever replaced the glass scratched the trunk jamb under the glass. SPRINGFIELD FORD does not know who damaged the car or who repaired it nor do they care. We bought the car for $63,345 now they are selling a damaged care for $2,000 more than we bought it for. Im sure they will tell customers that the person who ordered this car changed their mind when it came in. This is actually the second gt350 we ordered from them and both came in damaged. be careful buying from them. Im sure they will offer no disclosuer on the damage to this. Also a chip on the top of the trunk that I'm sure they filled in with touch up paint. If i could post pictures i would. I have all the paperwork from purchasing this car, pictures of us driving it home, and pictures of the damage and the broken glass we found.

    I have been leasing cars for the last 25 years. This was my first experience at Springfield Ford and it was my best!! Sales agent Steve Ahern worked patiently with his Finance Manager to give me a fabulous deal on a 2016 Lincoln MKX. I will be back!

    Overall my experience with Springfield Ford has been terrific. Everyone from the reception desk to service has been kind and considerate. My sales team which includes Bob Flick and Steven Amabile go above and beyond to help. They are extremely knowledgeable, will try and give you the best deal possible, and always follow through. They are efficient and I never have to wait long whether I am purchasing another vehicle or I am having service on my vehicle. I have been a long time customer and have referred many people. I will continue to do so.

    My boyfriend and I were searching for a very hard vehicle to find in the entire area i personally found only 4.. 2 in PA, 1 in north NJ, and 1 in Delaware.. eventually after weeks of searching we decided to try the local dealer we loved the car fully loaded and by the time we had a deal the day we were going to sign the papers, they sold the car on us. After another week of searching we found SPRINGFIELD FORD!! since this was such a hike for us to go all the way out there ( 45 mins - 1hr 15mins ) we had come in hoping to see the other Edge we were looking for and they had it! after only a few mins of talking with Rita Feehery and she was extremely helpful and kind we had a deal! Rita went the extra mile for us willing to come in on her day off to help us if she could, after deciding on getting the car and we really wanted to work with Rita we decided to wait until she was back in so she had put a hold on the car for us so the same situation would not happen like it did at the other dealership previously. Rita also stayed later to meet us at the dealership, offering to set pre set radio stations for us as per what we like to listen to, asking to set up our home address for us in the navigation. We came all the way down again and were in and out SPRINGFIELD FORD had all our paper work ready to go and there was no smoke and mirrors it was all straight forward! It was by far the best experience i have ever had hands down! i will refer anyone and everyone to come here if your in the market everyone is so kind and helpful and so willing to go the extra mile to help you! i love Rita and springfield ford and will most certainly be coming back along with referring many many people to come! its the best choice!

    How to do it: Get a TMV from Edmunds.com or FordDirect.com Find the name of the Internet Manager and email him just what you want and the TMV or FordDirect quote. Ask him if he'll honor that price. If he says you must call him or come in to the dealer...well thats up to you. At Springfield, John Gatto did the initail negotiations by email and I went in to ink the deal. Of course they had to play the games a bit, but I killed that straight off. I had my own financing at a very good rate. They wanted to know my rate and said they could probably get better. Don't start that unless you're willing to get the deal muddied. In the finance officer's den he began the hard sell on the extended warrantee, Lo-Jak, etc, etc... I told him that I didn't need this car (a Mustang). It was for fun and I would have no problem standing up (which I did) and walking out if he didn't cut to the chase and get me out the door. He did. Bottom line is this. The good cop starts the process. The next lousier cop gets into the mix and the bad cop has the final shot. Handle Springfield like this. Talk to the Internet Manager after getting things going by email. Go down to the dealer with you own financing. Say "go away" to anyone other than the Internet Manager and the Finance Manager. Tell the FM to take the extra out of the paperwork or the deal is over. Sure it gets a little testy and its far better to be on your own on this, but it's not that hard. Springfield didn't pull any stunts. They were OK if you act like you walk out at any time.

    Steve A of Springfield Ford helped me find a bigger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. We got a 2014 Ford Explorer and we love it. Steve was knowledgeable, polite and patient. He answered all of our questions and took his time helping us out. We highly recommend Springfield Ford!!
