My experience was highly unorganized and left me waiting for a part my sales rep did not order when he said he had ordered the part. When I purchased the vehicle I scheduled with him an auto start installation but he never ordered the part. After numerous useless attempts at getting an ETA I spoke with parts who stated that they never ordered the part. By this point I'm irritated and I order the part directly with the parts department which tells me they should receive it within 2 days. Skip a whole week later, dont pass go and back to square one speaking to another representative about a part that was wait, hold it! NOT EVEN ORDERED! I finally got a person who was willing to not only do their job and order the part but actually call me when it came in. Just in time for the blizzard blast [non-permissible content removed]. Stop dropping the ball.

Came in for a state inspection and was told there was a recall on a part of my onstar- I asked how long it would take to fix and was told it would take about an hour - hour an a half No quote was given for work to be done because dealership offers amazing free state inspection to customers that bought vehicle from them. Service dept was awesome- they did inspection and took care of recall issue and I was done in an hour and they even ran my car through the car wash and I noticed they had even vacuumed interior too!!!!! Thank you
Can I give them negative stars
Do not buy from this dealer. I bought a 2009 truck in December 2013 along with the extended used car warranty they suggested. A little over 1 year later I have spent $2500 out of my pocket for repairs on things that should not need repairs with the 50000 miles I currently have on the truck ( 3 mechanics told me the same thing ). I fell for the story that the previous owners were loyal customers and they traded the truck in on a new truck. They took care of it blah, blah, blah. No I did not take a mechanic with me to check it out. What a shame I needed to. I will be purchasing a new vehicle soon but it won't be at Brown-Daub.
A Good, "No Doubletalk" dealer
The new Cruze I bought is the second car I bought here. Both times, I was able to do any and all negotiating right on the phone. When you know what you want, a good dealer should be able to make a best offer on the phone without the old fashioned "when can you come in" attitude/technique.
