    I had the greatest Salesman Jim. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped me walk away with a wonderful Vehicle. I also had a wonderful experience with Ben in Finance. I would highly recommend Spitzer to family/friends. All around great service!!

    Sales rep (Jason G.) was very informative and told me exactly how the process was going to work. Did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. Was impressed with the overall process and time to complete deal. Jason (Pro.) and Ben (Finance) were both very friendly and made me feel at ease during the purchase. If buying a new vehicle can be called a pleasant experience this was one.

    Extremely friendly employees, fast service, welcoming waiting area. The sales representative (Geoff) who sold us our RAV-4 six months ago remembered us and even sat down and talked to us for a while. I can't imagine a better-run dealership than this. And I should know. My dad was a salesman and sales manager at dealerships for more than 40 years.

    Our Sales Rep Ryan was great ! Excellent communication and pricing..which made our decision to drive 4.5 to the dealership to purchase our new 2016 Tundra 1794. We didn't have to spend an entire day purchasing a vehicle - they realized that our TIME is valuable. It wasn't painful as in the past when purchasing a vehicle from other dealerships.

    Everyone was wonderful! Jeff Posey, my salesperson, had a very kind, authentic disposition that really eased my first-time-leasing anxiety and made my experience memorable. Steve Allen was also great to work with! Mr. Allen helped me get a better insurance rate and really worked hard to get my monthly payments where I needed them to be. Before coming to Spitzer, I had searched for over a month at numerous lots and dealerships. I'm glad I held out and made it to Spitzer :) ...and I've been telling everyone who will listen about my experience.

    the service tech was able to pinpoint the audible noise and left me with a sigh of relief. While my car was up on the rack, he noticed that my front brakes were quite worn and low. He suggested that the front brakes and pads be changed. I agreed and feel safer all around now.

    I made an appointment for a particular time. When I got there, I was welcomed by name, my requested service was already in the system, the service was completed in a timely fashion, the waiting area is nice, and overall a good experience.

    The experience was very personalized. Jim was happy to speak with me and get things moving on his day off. He moved the process along in a quick but comfortable fashion. He tied up loose ends perfectly and checked in after the purchase was made to ensure everything was taken care of. He was very helpful during both times I test drove and gave important information. He also did a great job showing me how the vehicle works during the test drive and after I purchased it. He did not rush us off the lot and took the necessary time to make sure everything was working and I knew how it worked.

    I liked that the sales representative (Sam) was ready to meet me when I arrived. He also listened to what I was asking for and made an effort to present alternatives that fit that criteria when the car I had planned to purchase was no longer available.
