by Kayla on 03/31/2019I had a better experience purchasing a dodge at a Toyota dealership rather than the dodge dealership. Brian was wonderful to deal with. He made everything quick and painless. I can’t remember the guys name from finance but he also went… above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. I was treated as if I truly mattered and was valued when I walked in and they did everything they could to get me the best deal. I hope any and all of my buying experiences are like this situation. Very clean place, the technology that they have makes life so much easier when getting information together as well. I couldn’t stop smiling when I left. by Raymond on 04/03/2019We felt like we were talking to our family the entire time. No one carries the "salesperson syndrome" that gives us quick reason to walk out of a showroom. Rutul was so patient with our needs (new cars to us are like a new language--our… "trade-in" car was 15 years old), kind as a "brother" could be, he is very knowledgeable of the Toyota and its functions and features, he is thorough in his careful explanations of all of the safety and electronic aspects of the Camry, and he has the best positive attitude on life in general. He does enjoy his job! Quite the asset to your business. Ben and Ralph also made us feel very welcome. Ralph took great care to be sure we understood the warranty information and the financing details. Purchase of new 2019 Toyota Camry LE

He answered all our questions, did everything in his power to get the best deal possible for us, (and we talked to every dealer we could within 300 miles of here.) He found the car we were… looking for & didn't try to sell us anything else; he also got it delivered for us the next day! He gave us his undivided attention for as long as we needed him. He explained everything about the car & made sure I was comfortable with it before I drove away. He also checked on me this morning to be sure I was happy and didn't have any questions or concerns. Great Staff, Service and Waiting Area.

Also waiting area is large, very clean with many seating options and play room for… children. And free coffee and hot chocolate.Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
