Great Experience
by Frank on 06/26/2019Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely responsive to all of our needs. We never felt abandoned throughout the process but he also didn't pester us like some other dealers did. I appreciate how he did not pressure us into… any decisions but rather helped us navigate our car buying experience by showing us options and providing us information as necessary. When it came down to us making a decision, Brian was able to react quickly and get us the car that we wanted to purchase in the time frame that we wanted (we wanted to close the deal in less than 24 hours). As far as the dealership is concerned, it was also nice that once we started conversations with Brian, he was our only point of contact. With other dealers, multiple representatives contacted us and they were not all on the same page which was disappointing.Thanks for your outstanding review!
