Ms. Hicks was Professional and Kind . The time frame she gave… me for the service appointment was spot on. Ms.Hicks had kept in contact with me throughout the process. She is a Team Player and on the side of the customer. Something few other dealerships can say of their service departments. She made me feel at home and comfortable , giving me the information and costs of the repair BEFORE the work started . Again, not many dealerships can say the same .
