onDeana Hicks was my service point of contact. She made me feel at home and helped me through the process as well as the review of warranties and what i may have to pay. Ms. Hicks was Professional and Kind . The time frame she gave me for the service appointment was spot on. Ms.Hicks had kept in contact with me throughout the process. She is a Team Player and on the side of the customer. Something few other dealerships can say of their service departments. She made me feel at home and comfortable , giving me the information and costs of the repair BEFORE the work started . Again, not many dealerships can say the same . It was a good experience at Spitzer.
