by Unhappy on 06/18/2023The salesman was very nice during the process of buying the car.He called and like me know the car was ready for pickup. He kept in touch the whole time. And right after I left the lor I called him back to let him know I forgot something on… the car I traded in and he didn't answer. After answering my calls all week. I even text him and it was ignored. And the check engine light came on when I got home called him again no answer. And they put a knew inspection sticker on my car and the from struts are shot when you hit a bump it slammed very hard.How they inspect a car like that.And I am buying a new Lincoln Suv early next year but I will not by it at Biondi.Great experience

by MKZBuyer on 06/26/2016My wife and I had a 2 hour drive to get to Biondl. When we arrived, Kristi Krull, our salesperson, greeted us. She was very friendly, courteous, and responsive to our every request. She had the 2 vehicles that we had asked by phone to… see all ready and waiting for test drives. When we decided to purchase the one MKZ, there were several minor servicing issues we wanted addressed...discoloration of the shifter and front seats, etc. She assured us that they would be taken care of, and they were when we came to pick it up. My wife and I really like the car and are thoroughly pleased with our experience at Biondi and would recommend them (and Kristi) to anyone.Great experience at Biondi's.

Our salesperson Dave was excellent in his approach, and Biondi's Manager was great with his numbers. Two of the Owners, Lou B, and Lou Jr were unbelievable to… deal with. We didn't even have to haggle on the price of our trade-in because they gave us exactly what we wanted.… My only complaint was the amount of time it took to process the paperwork, but we were informed there was a new girl doing the processing, so it is understandable why it took longer than usual. They did not pressure just to get a sell, provided informative and educated commentary on the… three different Lincoln vehicles I was looking at. When finally decide on the vehicle, color, interior and accessories, didn't have that vehicle in stock. My sales person found one and had ready for us within 24 hrs so we could for vacation, that is service and with a smile. There were some small issues and when we got back into town, they were addressed immediately. Looking forward to a long relationship. TonyCould Not Be More Pleased

I was given a thorough "tour" of all the features of my new car and all of the paperwork was orderly, clearly explained,… and quickly handled. Biondi service dept. is competitively priced and the work is precisely performed. The sales staff is well-trained in good customer service. In fact, he took "help" to a whole different level. I was struggling with wanting to stay under a certain… monthly payment for a little while and knowing my style, he came up with the perfect recommendation. I'm very happy with my purchase and after 20 years of buying and leasing with Biondi, my expectations are STILL exceeded by this dealership. I called Biondi and Lori was most pleasant to talk with and very helpful. When we got to your dealership Saturday, we were… pleasantly surprised. Our salesman, Dennis, was awesome. That is the first salesman (and believe me, there were quite a few prior to this), that made my son feel comfortable which enabled him to relax and look for the right car for him. He found the perfect car, a 2012 Ford Focus. He loves it. I felt we made a fair deal for the car and my son is very happy with it. I will be back there next year to get a new car and I have already recommended Biondi to others.
