Biondi Lincoln

My wife and I had a 2 hour drive to get to Biondl. When we arrived, Kristi Krull, our salesperson, greeted us. She was very friendly, courteous, and responsive to our every request. She had the 2 vehicles that we had asked by phone to see all ready and waiting for test drives. When we decided to purchase the one MKZ, there were several minor servicing issues we wanted addressed...discoloration of the shifter and front seats, etc. She assured us that they would be taken care of, and they were when we came to pick it up. My wife and I really like the car and are thoroughly pleased with our experience at Biondi and would recommend them (and Kristi) to anyone.
