Joshua was very helpful and a pleasure to be around. He did not pressure us into the purchase, but helped us with any questions we had. We didn't even have to haggle on the price of our trade-in because they gave us exactly what we wanted. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to process the paperwork, but we were informed there was a new girl doing the processing, so it is understandable why it took longer than usual. We had a great experience!
