Lied!!!!!!

Took car to Washington, PA location for a warning light issue. After waiting 2 1/2 hrs, they were unable to provide error code printout; was still charged a $160 diagnostic fee; & was handed a $6500 estimate (part needed to fix issue was $500). Never had an issue in Wexford , PA location. It's a shame that they closed that specific location where customer service was a priority and the best I've ever dealt with (from sales to service). I will never return to the Cochran Infiniti Washington location.

Fast, Friendly Service

Dropped my car off in the morning for new tires, new brakes and rotors install, and an inspection. Was informed that work had been completed by early afternoon. Fast, friendly service!!

poor service, and poor quality

not happy, poor service poor quality, waited until the warranty ran out and then tells me,about all the work that needs to be done;and the same with my sons car;
