    They only care about getting you'll money. They lie about milage on their advertisements. I went to go look at an suv on there lot. A chevy trailblazer. Ads for it online say 150000 miles around. The dashboard in the truck said 180000 around. Then the guy trying to sell it to me almost seemed in disbelief that I had wanted to test drive the vehicle before making a decision on making a purchase. Even tried saying he could get in trouble for allowing me to take it for a spin. And when he let me finally drive the suv he still wouldn't put dealer tags. Then tried playing hard ball on the price afterward asking for 6k plus taxes and fees. The kkb of the suv was 3500 in excellent condition. The vehicle was in average condition at best and still couldn't take it on a main road to really find out. I told the gentleman about the kkb value of the vehicle and he shrugged and said kbb had no clue what they were talking about.

    My husband and I have tried to call/text numerous times and no ones gotten back to us. Looking to pay cash for a car too!! Surprised there no jumping in this sale!!!

    I bought a used 2015 BMW X5 from this dealership, BRISTOL AUTO MALL. The sales persons at the dealership were shady, rude and downright unprofessional once the sale was processed. The day I picked up the car one of the lead salesperson was visibly high. The entire process was a date with hell but I will give the details that may help if considering a vehicle purchase from BRISTOL AUTO MALL. 1. While they started the loan process, i had to drive 40 minutes to Philadelphia to pick up the loan check and return. 2. They charged me for tags but I had to go to PENDOT myself to process the paperwork. 3. They did not inspect the vehicle nor did they provide the services as it related to repairing what we had agreed upon. Mainly, replacing the front brakes, fixing the small crack in the windshield, providing the missing cargo cover and first aid kit. When I asked about said items on the day of pickup, I was told that the vehicle did not come with a cargo cover or first aid kit, which was a blatant lie. They told me the brakes were fixed, they weren't. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I can just have the windshield fixed through insurance. Upon checking the first aid kit compartment, the kit stored within was from an Audi, not a BMW. 5. After getting the vehicle home I also realized that the front tires were not standard to the model and were not run-flat as is standard the BMW SUV model I purchased. 4. Paid for a comprehensive extended warranty but was provided an essential warranty package. I stumbled upon this reality after checking the warranty website. The form that was submitted to the warranty company was not the one I signed and the signature on the warranty agreement was not my signature. The information therein was also not the information I agreed upon. I called BRISTOL auto mall on all phone numbers listed and got nothing but……“We will look for it and call you back”, which never happened and texts requesting that I text. I would text my request and was ignored time and time again. The reviews on their site is not legitimate. They are paid testimonials.     I was so clueless when it came to buying a car for the first time. I called around and no one seemed to give me the answers I was looking for and point me in the right direction. Until I came here and Naz showed up. He helped me through this nervous experience and held my hand through it all. I was never so happy to buy a used car before. Now I will always come to Bristol Auto Mall to purchase my future cars

    We made two purchases this past weekend, a truck and suv. The first purchase the truck won’t start two days after. Now, the SUV engine light came out. They will say whatever they can to sell to you. We heard several conversations then side talk after they hung up saying “if it gets a sale”. This place is a fraud and rips you off. How? We were told our payment would be this much $XXX.XX the next when we went in to purchase the second one the payments were 50$ more!! They stating “im sorry it’s my fault” but that don’t change our payment. Just be careful and READ everything!

    This dealer is horrible! I bought a 2006 Mustang GT and had to replace ball joints, inner tie rods, outer tie rods, struts, get camber/caster plates, get 4 new tires, and sway bar end links. This all cost me an extra 2 grand at least. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. LEAVE THE WEBSITE

    Paul was a kind man, worked with me in getting a new van. Provided some opportunities on the pricing of the Sienna. Is what one would see in an auto turn key operation. More to come, hope further good interactions with Paul as we operate the van and see if any other things need be addressed. Would recommend.

    Found a vehicle online filled out an application was contacted by Nacir, was told I was preapproved just needed most recent pay stubs. Never heard from him again! Not the best way to get new customers.

    We bought my sons 1st car there back on November 30th of 2019, funny thing is they still have the car listed only now its 1000.00 less then what I paid for it! Anyway there are so many things wrong with this car I cant even list it all! The car is a great looking car but the dealership obviously never did any kind of inspection on the thing and now its going to cost me! Stay away they don't care what they are selling and if I could show pictures of the tires that were on the car they sent my 16yr old son off in you would all agree they don't care about peoples safety either!

    I am grateful to Bristol and Phil for helping me out when my vehicles timing belt needed to be replaced. I didn't have the time or money to get it repaired and needed to get home. I traveled from Wisconsin to visit family in New Jersey for Thanksgiving and funeral. Most car dealerships would of turned me away because I didn't have the title to the car or my check book. Im glad they took a risk on me and helped me out. Everyone involved was open and honest with me about everything making the process easy. I love my new Acura!!!! Thank you!

    Check my google review, kyle wambolt. Bought a junk $12,000 Tahoe that was broke and never fixed correctly. Now I'm S.O.L and they won't help. Problems since I drove off the lot.

    I purchased a truck from these people that broke down before I got half way home. They refused to take the vehicle back and return my money. Now I have to pay a lawyer and fight them in court. This is a shady business. Think they may be connected to the Russian mob.

    bought a vehicle and lied about the vin number for carfax, came back clean, with a fraudulent (fake) carfax report generated by bristol auto mall. i bought the car thinking it was a clean and clear of any accident... THE NEXT DAY i called my insurance company to transfer info, i used the vin that bristol supplied and my insurance company said that vin does not exist so i went down to the car and found the last 2 numbers were switched. HMM suspicious so i ran another $40 car fax report to find the vehicle was in a debilitating wreck. 2 months later (all the paint is peeling off the front of the car) took it to a local very reputable body shop the get it painted. OHH the frame is bent. bristol called said we want to paint your car for you, or give you so $$ to help pay for the fix.... NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN... Called attorney there handling it.

    I spoke with the finance lady Emma she got me approved for the SUV we were interested in ,great news right, wrong ! My wife and I drive 2 hrs one way to get there and find out they sold the vehicle we were approved for apparently only a few hrs after I spoke with them ,to top it off 7pm I received a text message reminding me to make sure I have all the right paper work with me for when we arrived the next morning, not a word was said that they sold it ! I was asked by 3 different people at the dealer why didn't you put a down payment on it it would still be here, my response was today is Saturday, I live 2 hrs away and was told Friday evening at 7 pm we were good to go for Saturday morning , I didn't get responses back from the people that asked me that question Bristol Auto Mall is a joke and seems there is also a huge lack of communication among its employees which is rediculous since the all literally sit next to each other. My recommendation is anywhere but there !

    Just purchased a Dodge truck from Bristol Auto Mall, this is now my second car purchase from them. Paul, Phil, Dimitry, and the rest of the staff there were a pleasure to work with. They made buying my truck simple and fast. Any questions I had were answered, and the truck I purchased is 100%. Make Bristol Auto Mall your first stop when buying a car.

    me and my wife were here looking for a mini van over the weekend and both Phil and tony were helping us, and I must say they were both very friendly and helpful with no pressuring for a sale. also I've worked in the automotive/truck repair business for over thirty years and when talking mechanics of the vehicles we were interested in, I definitely felt they were 100% up front and honest about any concerns I may have had. Even though we didn't end up buying a vehicle, I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Hats off to Chilly Phil and tony.
