I had the car in for a recall , Kevin made sure the parts were ordered and call when they arrived and we set a date for install . Very Happy with… the service . I just leased a 2016 GMC Terrain fro Peruzzi , so I will be back for service.Engine light

And even went the extra mile and offered my antsy 2 year old some paper and crayons. I can't be more satisfied.My Favorite Auto Service Department Ever!!!

We have developed a very special relationship, and I know that the service staff truly cares about… me and my vehicle. I feel very fortunate to have found this service team.Fabulous

The vehicle did have some braking issues and the service department did resolve them but I'm writing this to inform you on how they resolved it: * Service took… the car for a road test and understood the problem. * Performed another road test and tweaked the brakes until the Regal drove like a new car! I commend the service department for performing due diligence in resolving a critical problem. I also commend them for picking up on and correcting other minor problems that I was not aware of at the time. I like an organization that listens to their clients and performs a process of elimination to resolve a problem. it may take time to do it this way but by doing so, it is done once and done right and everyone is satisfied. Mark made a usually painful process of buying a car into a positive… experience. He didn't use any pressure tactics, no hard sell maneuvers during the entire time I was there. Mark gave me plenty of time to decide on my own what exactly I wanted in a car. He gave me a fair price for my trade-ins. Yes I had two cars to trade. Mark also took the arduous procedure of haggling back and forth on the cost of the new car. Of course I did my own investigations on the internet, so I had an idea of what the cost should be. Mark gave me a price that was right in the ball park of what I expected. NO HAGGLING. That was very refreshing.
