Dealership Service Review
I recently purchased a Certified used 2011 Buick Regal on November 29th. The vehicle did have some braking issues and the service department did resolve them but I'm writing this to inform you on how they resolved it: * Service took the car for a road test and understood the problem. * Performed another road test and tweaked the brakes until the Regal drove like a new car! I commend the service department for performing due diligence in resolving a critical problem. I also commend them for picking up on and correcting other minor problems that I was not aware of at the time. I like an organization that listens to their clients and performs a process of elimination to resolve a problem. it may take time to do it this way but by doing so, it is done once and done right and everyone is satisfied.
