    First visit: Needed new tire and inspection. TWO HOURS LATER I was told I failed inspection because I need a new tire. NO KIDDING. Ordered tire. Second visit: Returned to have tire installed. ONE HOUR & TEN MINUTES LATER my car was ready. That's a long time for a tire exchange. Lastly, on both visits, if the employee wasn't working with me directly I was ignored. Even when they came thru the waiting area they would look away not NO ONE would even say hello. Needless to say, I will be looking for a other GMC dealer.

    An expectation was to purchase one new car. I was totally satisfied with the sales person and felt very comfortable dealing with him, that I also decided to trade in my Outlander also. So, my daughter and I both have brand new cars from our sales person, Mark. He was such a great help and made me feel the most comfortable ever while purchasing a new car. I am happy with the car, my experience and so forth.

    My recent routine service at Peruzzi was exceptional. I decided to wait for my vehicle this time. I was asked by staff several times if I was comfortable or needed anything. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. Always a good experience at Peruzzi!

    Could not be happier with how well my car concern was addressed. Will be back in this week for inspection, but some of the background work was completed at my emergency visit.

    Vehicle was ready when promised. Dealership performed all needed repairs and went over my future needs. Dealership was careful with my truck and gave it back to me in the same condition as when I brought it in.

    Upon taking my 2012 Lacrosse in for routine oil change and inspection, Peruzzi mechanic found an oil leak in the timing cover, which had to be repaired. This job is quite expensive, bot fortunately my extended warranty covered the cost. The time to repair was extensive, so Peruzzi provided a no cost rental vehicle for the entire time needed (about 14 hours) needed for repair. I understand the mechanic worked long into the night to get the job done so I could meet my personal schedule to go out of town. The car is running great and I am very happy and grateful to Peruzzi service. I shall never go anywhere else to have my car fixed.

    The auto mechanic & service writer found the source of the noise about which I was concerned. The replacement part will arrive tomorrow & a convenient appointment was made. Always prompt & courteous service at Peruzzi GMC!

    Kevin , did a great job , he was in contact from the beginning until the car was complete . I had the car in for a recall , Kevin made sure the parts were ordered and call when they arrived and we set a date for install . Very Happy with the service . I just leased a 2016 GMC Terrain fro Peruzzi , so I will be back for service.

    Was running errands when my engine light came on, stopped by the dealership and they were able to fix it right then and there. And even went the extra mile and offered my antsy 2 year old some paper and crayons. I can't be more satisfied.

    I purchased my 2011 Buick Enclave from Peruzzi Buick/GMC in December 2010. Since that time, I have been thrilled with the service department. We have developed a very special relationship, and I know that the service staff truly cares about me and my vehicle. I feel very fortunate to have found this service team.

    Recall repair seems to have been done properly. Job was done neatly and completed on time. Had a previous scheduling problem with this repair and did not get a response to an email that I sent concerning that event which lowered my rating of this dealership.
