    Stay away! Do not buy a car here! Do not service your car here. When I first bought a Honda Civic from this dealership I was told CPO, as it was labeled as such on the lot, after I bought the car they switched the paperwork to sold "as is". When I bought the car I was concerned there was a delay starting the car and I was worried it was the battery, at the time service was closed, but the sales manager stated if I bring the car back tomorrow, they will test and replace no charge if need be. I brought the car back they stated they checked the battery and it was fine, I was on the side of the road not to long after with a dead battery. Later when getting the vehicle serviced, they tried to up sell me on batteries saying I needed a new one, when I had more life on my battery than when they told me it was fine after the purchase. I bought 4 new tires from service, I was told I had 2 year road hazard warranty, and if I caught any debris on the road it would be covered at no cost. Got a staple in my tire 9 months later, and the claim was denied because I drive to much. Reedman toll are [non-permissible content removed]. Hondas are great though, if heard good things about nearby Piazza Honda and Scott Honda.

    I have been a Honda owner since 1987. I have bought 7 Hondas in a row. I have owned no other make of car since 1987. We currently own 2 Hondas. I bought a 2021 CRV Hybrid earlier this year. We took it in for a free oil change yesterday at Reedman Toll Honda of Downingtown, 19 Park Lane Downingtown, Pa 19335. The vehicle has 16321 miles. While the vehicle was at the dealer I received a call from the service manager indicating that the vehicle needed to have its rear differential fluid changed. I found this odd since I have never changed the rear differential fluid on a car with such low mileage. Unfortunately I did not have access to the vehicle's manual at the the time. The cost for this service was $137.32. When I returned home I checked with several auto websites and this service was not needed. This fluid needs to be changed every 30000 - 60000 miles, not at 16,321. The price for this service was also exorbitant. Needless to say I will no longer be taking the vehicle to this dealership. I will have to seriously consider this experience the next time we buy a new car.

    We went looking for a minivan and the service from our salesman Neil Pistiner, the finance manager Warren Leibig and the manger Matt were excellent !!! They went above and beyond for our large family and put us in the next vehicle on the lot !!! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family!!!

    I had bought a 2019 Honda Civic from Roberts Honda. I was there 4 hours and left at 930 pm. By the time I got home (40 miles away), the low tire pressure light was on. Since Honda now utilizes indirect TPMS, it took that long of a drive time to register that the right front tire was low. When I got home, it was at 20 PSI (when it's supposed to be 33 PS)! Quite disappointed. I videod the slow leak of the tire and put more air in it so that I could take it back to the dealership. Quite disappointed that I voiced my opinion that their dealership let me leave with a 20 PSI tire. Quite dangerous for a single mom at night driving. I informed the service people that this car was brand new and the expectation would be that I would have no issue (at least in the first month). They would not replace the tire but instead repaired. they stated that it was bead leak since there was a serial number tag that folded onto itself in the wheel and that caused the leak. Fine. But when they sealed it, now seal is all over the outside of the wheel. Quite disappointed. When you buy a car, they give you 4 free oil changes. But at the service that I receive with the sealant all over the tire, the fact that they let me drive with a tire that they clearly didn't check the pressure, and didn't care of my concerns when the expectation of buying new tire, I don't I will be taking my car to Roberts service. In their eyes, I'm just a dollar sign or a number to meet their quota and get my money. Quite disappointed

    I am not sure if my first review went through or not so to make sure i am writing a new one .. just wanted to give a shout out to a few employees that made my day today. I was greeted with a big smile from khayla who was extremely friendly and took me straight to who i needed to speak with . Rob, Jeremy and Arron you 3 gentlemen have no clue how much your little deed you did for me today meant . Thank you guys so very much for being so helpful and so kind to not only myself but my son as well . I can not thank you enough . When i am able to do so i will absolutely be back to purchase a car from thia dealership and know exactly who to ask for . What a fantastic group of employees , very intelligent, kind, and friendly .. overall experience simply amazing , i will be back !! Thank you all so much !!!!!!!!!!

    They took care of both of my hondas which I even got from their dealership for many years until one of my car got fender bendered by their technician in their parking lot with another customer. I didn't feel any good treatment that day, I was pushed back by the manager telling me that it wasn't their fault and even advised me to file under my insurance. So I ended up going home that day with damaged car trying to figure out what to do. Really!!?? I have to figure this out myself when I just wanted my car to be serviced that day then you guys damaged it and its like you have nothing to do with it? It's really absurd and such a display of irresponsibility. After seeking advise from my insurance and waiting for a police report that I paid myself, I decided to file under Honda's insurance because the police report states that it is their technician's fault. I got my car fixed and paid for but such a roller coaster of worries and running around and the feeling that no one really care about your problem is a real bad experience.

    I just wanted to give a shout out to a few employees who work at the Downingtown location ... i was greeted with a smile right when i walked through the door by Khayla who was extremely friendly & took me straight to who i needed to speak with .. Rob, Arron and Jeremy i also want to say thank you all so very much for your help today . It may not seem like alot to you guys however it meant the world to me & my son . I will 100 percent be back to purchase a honda in the near furture and will be asking for these employeea to help me do so. Great employees , friendly enviornment very impressed.. i will be back !!! Thank you thank you thank you !!!!!!!

    The worst place to get the car serviced. Unprofessional and rude staff. I took my Honda for specific service (it was already checked by another renewed car service shop, since it is Honda engine that needs to be touched, I wanted Honda technician to do it). I told exactly what needs to be done and got the quote for around $500 and gave for the repair work. I received a call later in the day and I was told it needs more work and would cost around $2500. And I was told "even better you get a new car rather servicing it". On top they charged without any work being done saying it is for looking at all the work that needs to be done - well, I did not ask to look at anything other than what I asked to do. Long story short - don't go to this place for service, they'll rip off and talk so rude (so called management and service cashier, everyone.).

    Looking for a specific vehicle at the dealership. We walked in, were greeted immediately, and put in contact with Linda Williams to help us. We ended up buying the vehicle we came to look at, and Linda made it so easy and comfortable to go through the process. She is very knowledgeable about Hondas and it showed. Our first vehicle purchase in 15 years, and it was our best experience out of all the cars we've bought. Wasn't expecting to go home with the car that day, but it was such a pleasure to have it proceed the way it did. Thank you for a completely comfortable buying experience!

    Instead of feeling happy to own a new car, we feel so bad after seeing the Finance guy to sign all the paper work. He tries to sell the service contract, after giving discount we still said no, he made us feel like we made the wrong choice, the car might be broken anytime. The salesman is nice and helpful.

    Roberts is a top notch dealership! I have purchased 2 cars here over the years and both have been wonderful experiences in terms of both the purchase and in having it serviced afterwards. They even worked with me to find the right car for my dog, who is older and has trouble getting in and out of vehicles - that was very important to me. Pricing was absolutely amazing, both on the trade in and for getting such a great car at a reasonable price. I was in and out on a Saturday, without even an appointment, and was able to drive the car home that day. I wouldn't buy a Honda anywhere else! Steve, Tony and all the other people were fantastic!

    I have been going to Roberts for more than 20 years for my Hondas because I trust their services and enjoy the friendly staff. Earlier this week I worked with sales and leasing consultant Charlie Arayata to get the new in-demand, hard-to-get HR-V. He helped me get everything I wanted and the business paperwork logistics were organized and explained well. The price negotiation was a breeze and I drove the beautiful blue HR-V home that afternoon. P.S. The new, state-of-the-art facility is awesome.

    My wife and i decided we wanted to look at a Pilot so we went to a few Honda dealerships. I will admit right off the bat that i know someone that went to this dealership and had a bad experience with a sales person. My wife and i still wanted to go because we knew there were other sales people we could talk to. The sales person we had name was Deb. She was great. She was not pushy at all and feel like some car sales reps have that stigma about them. She was very easy to work with, answered all of our questions and if she did not know went to find out right away. We really enjoyed working with her. She made the process very easy. We went in several times to ask questions, test drive and just look at the Pilot. The dealership was just redone and looks great. They have a very nice looking service area. The people we dealt with were all very nice. From the experience my wife and I had we would absolutely recommend Roberts to anyone and we both really liked Deb. If you are looking for a Honda at least check them out and ask for Deb.

    Just purchased my first Honda. Had a price point to stick with and got it. New was offered but not pressured into. Also wan't stuck waiting around for hours to shop, test drive and purchase. Tony Babcock made it a great experience compared to 3 prior weeks of shopping at other dealerships.

    I just bought a new Accord, and my prior vehicle was an '08 Accord that I put 251,221 miles on (also bought from Roberts Honda). At most 5,000 mile intervals, I rented a car from a local rental company and had my car serviced at Roberts. That added up to a lot of service trips to Roberts on the '08 Honda. Since I will have the same commute for at least another 10 months ---- I'm looking forward to at least another half dozen such service trips for my '15 Accord in the coming months. After February of next year I'll no longer have that 100 mile per day routine, so I won't be accumulating mileage that quickly, but I will continue to make Roberts my preferred service vendor for the life of my '15 Accord.

    Close friends of ours knew we were looking for a car and highly recommended Linda Williams at Roberts Honda. Everything they told us turned out to be true. She was really excellent! She apparently has a long history in the business and attracts customers because of her very knowledgeable and customer-focused approach. We are totally pleased with our buying experience and beautiful car.
