    I recently came to Murphy Ford seeking out need for diagnostic for my Ford F150 of which I purchased 8 years prior at the same dealership. Upon being told to that I would need to make an appt for any day this week, my husband and I chose to just look at the new cars on the lot , where we were met by Don " The worlds best salesman". After greeting us, I was given the opportunity to test drive the 2016 Ford Escape. I was very unsure of my ability to be able to be put in a new car, but the team at Murphy Ford worked diligently to get me into a new car of which I feel safe and satisfied that my family will be okay on the road. Thank you for working soo hard for me!

    The experience was a great one thanks to the great salesman (Teddy). He helped me make the perfect decision in the Ford Fusion "Titanium ". Only after one visit I made my decision, this place is great I think everyone should not only drive Ford, but they should stop by Murphy Ford in Chester, Pa. Great hospitality and a very comfortable environment. Thanks Murphy Ford!

    When I went into the dealership, I was dealing with a newbie salesman. He was courteous and really did a great job at showing me the car. I decided I wanted it if we could agree to financing. They not only gave me the interest rate I wanted, but came a little lower to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend. Good job Shane and Mike P! :)

    We brought our Escape into your service department because a couple of dashboard warning lights came on. You made an appointment for us promptly (within 2 days). My wife uses the car to visit patients as a Hospice nurse and needed quick and reliable service. Within 5-6 hours you called to tell us that the car was fixed and there was no charge since it was under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! Thanks for the great service.

    We purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. The salesperson, Don "The Bald Man" Magnin was simply terrific. He was very helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and he showed us many features our new car has included in it. He exercised a great deal of patience and did not try to high pressure us at any time. He along with Seth Fox of the finance department made this the quickest sale that we ever had at Murphy Ford. Don Magnin explained everything very well to us and he also answered all of the questions we had concerning our purchase. Seth Fox was also very friendly and professional at the same time. We hardly spent any time at all in the finance department. Thank you to both Don and Seth for a wonderful experience at Murophy Ford. Murphy Ford is very fortunate to have both of these gentlemen as employees of this company. They are both a great asset. When we decide to purchase another vehicle we will certainly be looking for Don "The Bald Man" Magnin. Nice Job.

    The day I picked up my vehicle the finial detailing and prep on the truck was the worst. truck was dirty outside as well as inside.. And the complaint about the disformed matte in my truck was meet with negative attitude by service parts manager ... would like to talk with someone who is in charge of this dealership ,, you have a few problems with employees as well as some excellent employees ....     I purchased a 2012 explorer and just luv it! From the time i walked into Murphy Ford i felt comfortable.the staff are very friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to have Rock Bush as my salesman...he was very helpful and professional.would definitely purchase another vehicle from them

    I was and continue to be treated with old fashioned customer service. I did not seem pressured, or obligated to purchase the vehicle. When the engine light began flashing within four days of the purchase, the team at Murphy Ford jumped into immediate action. I was given a loaner vehicle, and the car was taken for service. Teddy Brown the salesman has been there assisting me every step of the way.

    Al Panelli in service was great! My car runs perfectly and I'm so happy with his work. However, Enterprise rental car was AWFUL. I had no help from the guys in the front and the enterprise employee yelled at me and was rude to me. No one in the front interjected or offered help. I ended up cancelling the rental (which was fully covered through my insurance) and I called my sister to pick me up.

    I have always driven Ford vehicles, but I think the sales service was rushed and it felt like some questions were quickly brushed under the rug while at other times, long stories unrelated to the car purchased just kept lingering on.

    The staff at the service desk was excellent and accommodating. They were willing to provide transportation if necessary. The service was efficient as well. Cost was a little high but dealerships always are.

    My experience with murphy ford was excellent! My sales rep James McQuoid was simply fantastic. Right from the start he asked me what I want and carried out the process with me and mind. He was also warm and personable so the already long car buying process was not dreadful. If you want to get the most for your money Murphey ford is the place to go.

    I had my vehicle in for service and as always left very satisfied. However, the technicians could not find the cause of this very annoying squealing/chirping noise that is still happening. Oil change and transmission leak were handled though and overall, I am very satisfied with this dealership.
