Long time in coming 4 a 2015 F-150 standard cab

The day I picked up my vehicle the finial detailing and prep on the truck was the worst. truck was dirty outside as well as inside.. And the complaint about the disformed matte in my truck was meet with negative attitude by service parts manager ... would like to talk with someone who is in charge of this dealership ,, you have a few problems with employees as well as some excellent employees ....
