    Love this dealership! Honest, warm and friendly service staff who were very patient in providing a quote and then the final charges. They estimated a reasonable wait time and even kept me updated during the < 2 hour service. They completed the task as promised. Could not ask for more.

    I bought a 2024 Outback from Faulkner Subaru. Anthony T. was my salesman. This was my second Subaru that I bought from Faulkner and Anthony was a big reason for that. Anthony and the rest of the Faulkner team made buying the car very easy.

    Front differential was bad they told me it was my aftermarket intake. I left drove 5 miles away came back and they listened to the noise it was making. First time I went they said my aftermarket brakes were the cause of the noise and I had to show them it was my strut tops.

    The entire sales experience with Faulkner Subaru was positive. My salesman Ziad, was low pressure, knowledgeable and informative throughout the sales transaction. He wanted to ensure that the car was right for the person. Morgan was also very helpful and knowledgeable of the car's functions. While in the dealership I was able to sense a feeling of community with the staff and other customers. I must also say that this was the best car buying experience that I ever had. I will definitely return to Faulkner when the need for a new auto arises.

    I went to Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem where I had got my last Subaru and bought a new one or at least so I had thought. Three days later on the day of delivery they called me saying that they in fact could not get the car that they had promised even though I had already put a down payment on it and they had also run my credit. In light of this they did absolutely nothing to attempt to keep my business. The management didn't even so much as reach out to me to apologize. The actions of Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem Management are indicative of not only a flawed business practice and philosophy but most importantly character.

    Couldn't be happier with my new 2017 Crosstrek that I picked up this weekend from Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem. Coming in from 2hrs away on last day of the month I had a lot of hesitations but everyone there made the process so seamless. I arrived signed the paperwork and took home my new vehicle as planned. No hiccups or long waits. Everyone treated you like family and the whole process was very low pressure. Best car buying experience I've had so far.

    I recently bought a car at the dealership and got completely taken advantage of when they charged me double the interest rate of what I should have been financed. I had a credit scoring in the 700s which I found out later from my bank that it's an A rating. The finance staff at the dealership told me I had a B/B- rating and my interest rate was 5.99%. He even did the shaming process by showing me exactly what areas on my credit history impacted my "low" score. I didn't do my homework and took his word for it when he told me he was giving me the lowest rate. I even thanked him. After I made the mistake of trusting him and signing the papers, I later realized the rate was ridiculously high. I had to refinance the loan with my bank the next day and they gave me a 2.49%. Unbelievable. A positive take away, I like the car and the sales women was helpful, but never again would I get a car there based on my awful experience being taken advantaged of and paying double the finance rate.

    I was in once before for service to get my entire engine rebuilt. (Over $8,000 total), I gladly paid that amount to ensure the work would be done correctly, and we would receive the warranty on everything. Not even a year later, something happened, and we needed to get the short block replaced again. We brought it in, and were told that we were not being given the warranty we previously had, because of an "Aftermarket drain plug" which had nothing to do with the problem we were having. But, we settled for a 50/50 split, just to try to get our car back. We went in to pick up our loaner car, and it was filthy. I mean so filthy you could hardly see out of the front windshield. I attempted to use the wipers and spray, only to have the light show up on the dash that it had no fluid. About two days later, I was called to come pick our car up. At every other dealership I have ever taken my cars to, they have always at least rinsed the car after a service like that. I got my car back looking like someone had taken it for a joy-ride through a muddy field.. The foot-wells and seats had mud on them. I didn't expect a full detail, but if my car comes in relatively clean, I expect the same in return. While on my way home, I had to pull over, because apparently fully closing the hood to a car is much too difficult. I have never been so displeased with a dealership in my life. There was only one person during the whole process that was respectful, and it was the gentleman that called to tell me my repair was done. The next time my car needs service, or anyone I know is looking to get a Subaru, I will happily point them in the other direction.

    We were just at Faulkner Subaru a couple nights ago. Came very close to buying a Crosstrek that we really liked, until they tried to scam us. The sales woman asked me for my signature of good intent that if they matched our terms, my wife and I would purchase the car. I signed. She came back to us with a financial offer that was close to what we needed and we agreed to it. She returned to the sales managers office only to return a few minutes later. She apologetically informed us that her manager had made a mistake in the calculations of $2000, they felt so bad that they were willing to take less for the car and offer us more for our trade-in but it was still going to raise our monthly payments and extend our loan a few months. At first, it seemed minor but then I did the math and it added up to an increase of $1300! We walked. . .what a scam. . .bate and switch! PLEASE--Don't let them pull it on you.

    We just got a Subaru Crosstrek and we love it! Buying a new car isn't always a pleasant experience but at Faulkner it was. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable with the car before you leave the lot. Our sales professional, Jack, was exceptional. While we were signing the financial papers, he transferred our personal property from our trade-in into our new Crosstrek. He also called us a couple of days later to see if we had any questions. When it is time to replace our other car there is no doubt we will be back to see Jack.

    I have only had very good and positive experiences with Faulkner Subaru. Dealt with them on 4 vehicles and each time the experience was great! My salesperson (Bob Gearhart) is very responsive to phone and email. He is very informative, caring, honest, thorough and always went the extra mile. Nancy (Riddle) Kwatkoski, the finance manager, is also top-notch! She is professional, informative, caring and went out of her way to help me. My experience with the service department has been equally positive and I have no issues. This dealership is responsive. When I complained about the lack of WiFi, they added it. When I was not happy with them not having loaner cars in service, here too, they added them. Again, for my family and I, Faulkner Subaru is 5-stars all the way!

    Manager guy lacks customer service when it comes to dealing with women. Especially if you're buying a car near closing time. He needs to be more in tune with the 21st century where women can and do voice their opinion. Think I'll go back to Becker Subaru next time or deal with the lady manager.

    My wife an I had a great experience with Faulkner and our sales rep, Bob G. We had failed to come to an agreement with our former dealership after multiple attempts coming off our lease with them. On our first attempt with Faulker, they were able to give us a fair deal and help us get to a comfortable payment while helping us end our lease. We got a Subaru Legacy over the Ford Fussion, not because of the price (that helped) but because of the safety reputation , the All wheel drive without the loss of mpg efficiency, and the respect we received from Faulker . We highly recommend doing business with Faulker, especially Subaru and our sales rep Bob G.
