We bickerdi over the trade-in price and they told me how much it was worth. so I trusted them and went along with it and then I checked their… website two weeks later and they had it for sale for $11,000 more than they gave me for it. It made me sick for weeks, they seemed very trustworthy, but we’re not.Owner/purchaser

I reached out to a few dealerships, stating I would not pay for "Market Adjustment" or unnecessary dealer add-ons. Chris was great from the start, gave… me the out the door price prior to coming in for a test drive and stated no dealer markup or add-ons. The test drive was great, he gave a quick tutorial over the vehicle and let my wife and I test drive. Once we decided to purchase, true to Chris’ word they sold it at the price he quoted. Jake made the finance painless and didn't try to pitch us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. Hard to Believe in Nice
by jimusik on 06/04/2024Sadly, Dick Hanna Ford in Sandy doesn't "believe in nice" anymore (last car from DH Vancouver in 2012 was a dream comparatively). The sales tactics and classic dealership shenanigans were on full display purchasing a Truck from them. They… wouldn't budge on their high price (trying to claim yesterdays price that they dropped was a discount), tried to sell the "RED Alert" system as a $600 add-on, conveniently failed to inform me that there was only one key, and in the end couldn't even be bothered to leave enough gas in the truck so I could drive home. Great truck (only reason I went through with the purchase and their high trade-in offer), nice enough sales and finance staff but sadly, a frustrating overall experience in this day and age.Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. Salespeople were great
by Roy Bur on 04/20/2024I have bought a couple of vehicles at this location. First one from the previous ownership and the latest from the current ownership. Les and Dave were fantastic to deal with and very open and honest. Due to my schedule I had them deliver… it to my residence, which also was great. After taking it through DEQ I returned to get my updated temporary tag. This is where things went sour. The finance manager was very short and borderline unprofessional in his behavior towards me and Les. I had a couple of questions regarding license plates but chose to just take care of it at a later time with DMV. I also had to request copies of my paperwork multiple times as the car was delivered and the paperwork was signed at my house. I finally received it 2 days after I signed.Roy, I'm sorry about your experience. typically, temps are a very easy process. I'm not sure what happened in this instance, but i will look into it. Hannah is the Real Deal
by Jurvman on 03/01/2024Every touch point during the buying process was flawless. I felt more like a friend than a customer. I knew Hannah was different from the first contact. No BS! I know another dealer uses that as a tagline, but these folks walk the walk. I… live in a rural area and ended up taking Amtrak to Portland. Their driver called me several times to confirm and to let me know he might be a few minutes late. Unheard of these days. When I walked into the showroom my jaw dropped. They had a frickin' Ford Shelby on the floor! I was more than pleasantly surprised there wasn't an intercom blaring every five minutes shouting someone was on hold. The dealership was spotless. The staff were beyond professional. The negotiation was fair and fast. I want to give a special shoutout to Taylor. He spent over three hours going through the technology and features, which for me was overwhelming. I wouldn't have been able to make it out of the parking lot, let alone the three and a half hour drive home without his crash course on not crashing my new 2024 Maverick Lariat.
