    I am military currently transistioning between duty station and decided to by a new vehicle while visiting family (both my wife and I are legally Oregon residents). The staff did a great job to get my new vehicle financed with a good rate desipite the fact we are in between permanent address. The sales staff also kept us motivation to continue the process desipite one minor set-back that they ironed out in the end.

    Thank you Lithia Toyota for another great car buying experience!! This is my second purchase with you and I couldn't be happier. The sales staff are amazing to work with and not overly pushy. I am always in awe of the professionalism of the staff and dedication to your customers. The service department is great also. I love being able to bring my auto back and working with the same great team each and every time, I really do feel like a value customer at this dealership.

    We were very pleased with our purchase from Lithia Toyota of Medford. This is the 5th Toyota we've purchased over the last 30 years, so we didn't have to be sold on the brand. The team at Lithia was knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure, and worked with us throughout the purchase. I particularly liked that they recognized that we'd done some homework before coming in. Happy to recommend them highly.

    The day I went to the dealership with the possible intention of trading in my 2001 Toyota Celica which I purchased brand-new 16 years ago, I was very apprehensive because I love that car. However, when I saw the brand-new Toyota 86 it didn't take me very long to fall in love again. Cameron was very understanding about my attachment to my old car and he did not push me one single bit. We went for a test drive and I was extremely impressed with the car and with Cameron. For such a young man he is very professional, extremely well dressed, articulate and knowledgeable about the automobile. Cameron patiently spent several hours with me while I dealt with the emotion of giving up my old car. I think this young man has a great career ahead of him.

    Purchased a new Tundra a couple weeks ago and with a down payment Lithia Medford held it for the couple weeks it took for the weather to be nice enough to make the pass crossing from the Klamath Basin. That was appreciated...as well as the decent price - fair to both of us. The entire process on the day we picked it up - Joshua St. Germaine was our sales consultant - was easy and painless...they even took a personal check for the remaining payment! No hard sell with the extended warranty, etc. process...we were in and out in an hour or bit more. All in all as nice of a new truck/car purchasing process as I could imagine. Thanks Joshua, et al.

    Chad was amazing - from the discussions before we ordered, to the ordering process, to the delivery and even after the sale Chad has been extremely helpful and answered all of our questions (does anyone in the world know more about Toyotas?) Because of his knowledge, experience, kindness and caring Chad made our buying experience a pleasure. I have never encountered a sales person at a car dealership of his caliber. Kareem Duncan was also amazingly helpful, intelligent and determined to make sure we got the exact vehicle we desired (even when getting information about 2017 Highlanders was very difficult as they were not being made yet). He followed up regularly with us until we were able to order the exact vehicle we wanted.

    So I have not always had the best experience with car dealerships especially large cooperate ones but I am so happy to finally be able to rate a dealership 5 stars. Evan in finance and Skylar in sales I call them the amazing duo! They deserve so much credit. They were both so great. Skylar was so patient with us basically spending all day making sure we were comfortable with the deal. Taking us for long test drives sacrificing all breaks and meals to get us into the truck we wanted. They continued to make really fair deals and I couldn't be happier. Then we ended up on the same day of purchasing the truck with a flat. They were so willing to do everything in there power to make sure we left happy. I am so thankful for Evan and one of his manager men who are getting us a new tire and for going the extra mile to make sure I left happy. Anyone and everyone go to Lithia right now and ask for Skylar to sell you the vehicle you love and have Evan do your financing. He got us the lowest interest rate we've ever had. Thank you so much Lithia of Medford for not being the typical "salesmen" only looking out for numero uno. We are loving our new 2016 Toyota Tundra.

    Purchasing through Lithia was one of the most wonderful experiences we've ever had. There was a gentle kindness displayed by each and every one of the staff members, from those in management down though the line to sales. No one could have felt more welcomed and taken care of, and time and time again they tirelessly worked to make all the adjustments that were needed to tailor the purchase to our specific needs and financial comfort. They were never pushy, never unwelcoming, never impatient, but treated us with the utmost respect, asking us all the right questions to help us find exactly what we were looking for while staying within our desired budget--rather than just trying to sell us something--recommending the most favorable line of action for our sakes. This is one of the things we appreciated most at Lithia. But the person most resposible for all these qualities, traits and outstanding experience is Erica, the young woman in sales who had helped us personally. It is because of her that we will forever remember this experience. She is the one who really made this company stand out above the rest, and their level of business so profoundly excellent. I've rarely met anyone with as much integrity and wholesomeness--not just as an employee--but as a person. She is professional, competent, patient, understanding, and above all, real. She was more like a friend than a salesperson, and no one has ever displayed more of a genuine desire to look out for your best interest than she had. She NEVER came off like she was trying to sell you something. She constantly demonstrated a kindness, trustworthiness and integrity that you knew was genuine--not only in character--but in how she executed her job. She really works hard on your behalf, your budget's, always coming back with the question after every new car and price point that is shown, "Would this be good for you?" Again, her first objective is not to sell you something; it is to MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU and will work as hard as is required to GET IT RIGHT FOR YOU--as she would do with family! Words aren't enough to give her the praise she deserves. We loved meeting Erica and owe so much to her for the excellent person and employee that she is! Thank you, Erica!

    The team at Lithia Toyota is exceptional! Scotty is a fantastic salesman, he answered all my questions, even those that I didn't know to ask. He was great with my son, got him a balloon and talked basketball with him! Go Warriors!! Troy Kloke, Al Gunn and Brian Berg were extremely knowledgable about purchase options and made our buying experience painless. Thanks for the wonderful service, you made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this outstanding team!

    We had a great experience at with Chad Soares at Lithia Toyota. There wasn't any hassle at all. We showed up at about 4:30 and were out of there with a new (to us) car by 9:00. This was the fastest car deal I have ever participated in AND we got exactly what we asked for. Thanks Chad!

    Most positive experience working with the Sales department we have had in over 20 years. Exceptional salesman who worked with us to purchase the vehicle I wanted. He did not try to sell us what was on lot. He went the extra mile to earn our business. Both he and the sales manager worked with us to make our deal happen and kept our business in local community. The dealership was able to order the exact vehicle we wanted, with all the extra features. I have had the RAV4 for 1 week and absolutely LOVE it! the sale team was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional.

    For about 5 years I've been planning to buy a Tacoma. I live in a small town. The Toyota dealership in this town is a family operation. And the selling style can be characterized as "pushy". The salesmen push the customer into buying, and then they add-on options without the customers consent. It was a dogfight as soon as I stepped on the lot. It was stressing me out. My vehicle was wearing out and I had to replace it, but I hated going to this dealer. So I started shopping online at Lithia. And I found I had a lot more control of the situation. I met with Scott and we went over the options. I felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. I got just the options that work for me, with no hassle. Scott's knowledge of vehicles and his experience in the business made the whole process quick and easy. And his attitude made it enjoyable. I am grateful for Scott's helpfulness and the Lithia dealership. In so many ways the experience exceeded my expectations. I didn't think car buying could be so good. I look forward to having my pick-up serviced at Lithia.

    My salesman was Rene. He was outstanding, making me comfortable during an interminable wait for the paperwork. The five stars are because he was such as outgoing and interesting person that I (sort of) didn't mind how long it took to get the car I really wanted: a 2016 Corolla S. I love the car and would highly recommend this salesman and Lithia Toyota.

    Decided to try purchasing a car during my holiday break - while visiting family out of state. Made email contact with Lithia Toyota and received an immediate response. Made a test-drive appointment and arrived on time: from that point forward I was rewarded with respect and friendly, no-pressure sales reps. The dealership itself has an open, clean feel with a large inventory. The test drive was outstanding, with John, the sales rep riding shotgun but using the time to thoroughly explain the car's controls and operation, suggesting a variety of routes and conditions, and fielding questions. Best, there were no "hey, isn't this a great car?" comments; he let me make up my own mind. As this was a new model (literally only on the lot for a couple of weeks) it was refreshing to get a few honest "I don't know, but will look it up" responses to my questions. And I got my answers. It took a few days - and a look at the competition - to come to a tentative decision. Again, I never felt pushed or pressured. The price negotiation went smoothly and quickly and I was happy with the result. The final steps were almost anticlimactic insomuch as the business side of the sale proceeded like clockwork and an hour later I was driving away. Wow. One might think that once the sale is complete, the sales force loses interest in the customer. Nothing could be further from the truth, at least in my case. Purchasing a new car to immediately import back to California presents its own challenges and Lithia was up to the task. The necessary paperwork was FedEx'ed to my local DMV office - and arrived on the exact day of my registration appointment. What timing! One final word on Lithia. Past cars I have purchased have always suffered minor issues that required a trip back to the dealer to fix. So far (4 weeks later), I have yet to find anything to complain about. Good job in the prep department! My hat is off to Lithia Toyota, Medford. (Ask for John.)

    I first contacted Lithia through their internet department, and I found them to be quick to respond and very helpful (Thanks Benji and Doug). When I arrived at the dealer in person, Benji introduced me to Evan, a very relaxed, low pressure salesman. He put me at ease, and we were able to work out a deal that was right for me first. There was not any push for what the dealer wanted, it was about me! Then, I met Cate, in finance, and this was magic. I had a great interest rate with my credit union, but she actually negotiated on my behalf with Toyota and couple of local credit unions and found me an even better deal, including rebates that made my credit union actually not as good. Overall, I would say that if you want to be treated like the most important person in the room, go to Lithia Toyota in Medford. Ask for Benji, Doug, Evan or Cate.

    I recently traded in my older Camry for a newer Certified Used Camry at Lithia Toyota. The experience went smoothly and I love my new car. When the transaction was complete the sales associate was very helpful. He helped set up the Bluetooth and explained the other different functions of the new car.

    We had a great experience with Lithia in Medford. Great service without the "hard sell" (read: the "closer" trying to sell lots of peripheral add on's like oil changes, extended warranties, etc.). Just kept to the basics and honored my request to not go through the hard sell for the noted. The actual car salesman we dealt with (Josh) was a gem - friendly, informative, respectful and actually knew about the car we purchased instead of about sales techniques. I've only bought new cars for the last 40 years - quite a few of them really - and this was easily the best experience of them all!
