Once I arrived they got me checked in and got started on my car. My air pressure light came on afterwards and I called… John. He said to bring ut in the next day and they would take care of it and they did! I appreciated that since I'm leaving on a long drive and wanted to be sure my tires were good to go!It is important our customers feel completely confident with the customer service they received and it made us happy to read your review. by Disappointed on 11/21/2021Contacted this dealer to get out the door price on a Ram truck. Got a response of how I was going to pay for it. Told them I was uncertain and needed the out the door price. Response was “Best price will be MSRP and it depends on if you’re… paying cash or financing to include the taxes”. Didn’t know there was a difference on taxes if you paid by cash or financed!!! Advice to the dealer, stop playing games and be honest with your customers. Very poor customer service!!We appreciate learning about your recent service with us. We strive for a positive experience, and it appears you did not receive that from us.
