Never deal with any of these people! I made the mistake of ordering a brand new Legacy for my wife's birthday surprise. They GUARANTEED it would be in at least a week before she returned from a long trip to visit her family. I even paid for the car in advance of receipt because of the slick-talking sales manager. A week before my wife returned, I received a call from the alleged manager and he said, "We have a little problem. Your car didn't come in but it will be in soon." He claimed it was "on the truck" nearly 2 weeks earlier. What actually happened was the car came in and someone else bought it because they would have walked otherwise. My wife's car came in over a week after she came home and ruined the surprise. Sadder still, she was very angry because I had already sold her old car! When her car finally came in, it was missing the motion security sensor that I had ordered specifically. The idiotic sales manager gave me a $100 credit for the "mistake." When the car had 500 miles on it, some kids took a small hammer to EVERY single body panel. This would have been prevented if the correct alarm I ordered would have been on the car. The cost of repair was $1100 with $1000 deductible so we just left the car with all the little dents. It is quite the conversation piece now! As a result of these dishonest and deceptive salesmen, neither I or any of my family or friends will EVER patronize any Kendall Dealership! EVER!
