    Love these vehicles. I had a 2019, now I have a 2022. Good Gas Mileage - 42mpg at 55 mph. Great visability. I take mine off highway all the time. The full time AWD is GREAT! I never have to worry about traction in gravel, mud, heavy rain, etc. I give the Forester 5 stars.

    Process was made easy. A bit too much upswell but that’s to be expected and there was really no push back when I declined to add this or that.

    My biggest piece of advice for anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Kendall Subaru is ASK FOR TJ as your salesman. He was quick to answer any questions, diligently kept me updated (I was waiting on my vehicle delivery) and he was very conscientious of our time while doing paperwork and checking out, once it was time for that. Overall I had a good experience with Kendall but TJ was the one thing that stood out the most. As for the car, so far, so good. I’ve only had it for about a week so it’s to early to give much of a review on that.

    Found the car we bought on the Kendall website probably within a day or two after it was delivered to the lot. I had a white Outback that was in transit, but our preferance was a silver exterior so we went down to the lot asap and bought the silver outback. All experiences were excellent with the dealer with Tim Faulkner as our salesman.

    The experience was seamless and relatively quick. They explained all the features of my vehicle and I was happy with the experience on short notice as I needed a vehicle on the day of arrival to the dealership. They didn't have the color that I wanted and so they even gave me a sizeable discount that gave my purchase a lot more peace of mind. After I declined many of the additional finance items they didn't push me to accept them and were very respectful. I did need to wait a while for the finance manager to approve my purchase because there was only 1 person in the office that day that could finalize the process. So I spent 2 hours waiting for him to be finished with another customer. But I understand this was out of their control and they made sure I was comfortable and updated with time estimates for when they would be finished.

    When I was young, three of my uncles owned dealerships. So I was around dealerships a lot as a kid. And I’ve bought new cars 5 times from non-family connected dealerships. So I’m happy to say, my experience with Kendall Subaru was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and exceeded my highest expectations.

    Buying a car can be both stressful and expensive, while also being frustrating at times. I shopped for 5 months to find exactly what I wanted, talking to scores of sales people, with no success, until I reached out to Kendall Subaru and got connected to Andrew. The first plus was how Andrew listened and talked through alternatives to what I wanted. He offered a great solution of ordering a cart with the specs I wanted, which was something I had never done. As we chatted back and forth over the coming days, he was quick to reply and help me make a decision as to what I wanted. We got the order in and waited. When I got the call that the car had arrived 6 weeks early, I was stoked! Andrew prearranged paperwork, since I was coming from out of the area, and got things in order before I got there. Andrew was even more personable in person, and was so easy to work with. I absolutely love my new Subaru, and highly recommend Andrew and the crew at Kendall!!!

    The staff, especially TJ Ames, were very friendly and not pushy at all. The experience was wonderful. They were willing to work with me to get a fair deal. I put $500 down to lock in a specific price and they never wavered from that price, even when the market price went up. I would definitely recommend Kendall Subaru to my friends.

    This is our second new Outback. These are great cars. Very high quality and built very solid. At a time when everything you buy is getting more cheaply made, Subaru is still making a car you can be proud of. Kendal Subaru is a very low pressure dealership that is easy to work with and truly has the customers satisfaction in mind.

    I was very nervous to begin the entire car shopping experience. I don't care or like the high pressure tactics. We sold our car privately to avoid that hassle. Arranged our loan with a lender. Started and found our new ride at Kendall Subaru. Great young guy, zero pressure. Drove the car (by ourselves). Extra nice. Came back talked out side, asked if they would work with us a bit on the licensing title, and price of car. Offered, agreed on the price, ( one guy) signed the papers. Off we went. Very nice experience.

    Bought a 2021 Forester from Sabrina and Lonisa at Kendall in Feb of 21' and it was a great experience. Thanks also to Randy the paperwork/finance guy as well...top notch service. Thought i was going in for another Outback but simply liked everything about the new Forester's even better than the good old Outback. Especially the interior and knobs and buttons compared to the intimidating 11.+ inch infotainment screen on the Outback, but to each their own. Thanks again! The maneuverability and handling seems much better in this slightly smaller SUV, but you do lose a little cargo space. And of course it is 7 years newer than my Outback was, so that may have something to do with it as well.

    I had an amazing testing and car buying experience with Andrew Arnold and Randy Joe at Kendall Subaru in Eugene. At another dealership earlier this summer, I had a rough day with a pushy sales team that didn't listen to my car needs nor accept my polite refusals for further contact over the following three weeks. So I went into the appointment with Andrew with quite a bit of trepidation but I needn't have worried. It was wonderful to have someone listen to what I needed and what I was wanting to match from my old car, he found the answers to all my questions. I never once felt pushed or bowled over, even when I came back two hours later to check on something else in the car and then still went home to think some more and about another color. Andrew was more than ready to keep his eye open for my perfect car. It was the wonderful customer service that made me know that this was THE car. The right deal for what I needed, amazing financing and even a few laughable memories thrown in, it was a grand adventure! Andrew and Randy, thank you so very, very much! I would recommend you guys to any and everyone!

    We just purchase a 2021 Subaru Forester Sport from Andrew Arnold. He is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The car came in the day before with the packages that we wanted and Andrew reserved it for me to see the following day. Great experience and highly recommend him. Dealt with another dealership and still waiting for a response after 5 days. Andrew answered the same day. Although we live 60 miles away, this is my Subaru dealership that I will recommend.
