    The good news is, our routine service went very smooth this time. No comment on needing a engine air filter or cab air filter was called for, basically because I replaced those before service. Brake fluid change was mentioned for our 2017 Civic but had already been accomplished on on different service in 2019. New to me, was contact via text messaging on each step in getting car serviced. We were notified when service was completed. We like this added feature and avoids having to call about status.

    Kendall Honda of Eugene has provided service for my 2010 Honda CR-V since I purchased it there. They have done excellent work and provided customer-first service since the beginning. The facilities include a large and comfortable waiting room with wi-fi as well as a courtesy van and they have excellent COVID protocols in place.

    Joe Gunderson and the finance "bob ross" gentleman were amazing. They got me financed at the number I wanted. The main thing is Joe did not hassle me, he was very professional, and let me go at my own pace . This is the main reason I decided to go with kendall honda. I would definitely recommend them.     If you want to be lied to about experience and overcharged on parts and service says just for things to still be wrong with your vehicle I highly recommend you go here otherwise if you don’t want to have issues I suggest you shop around for someone who won’t lie and will actually do the work right the first time

    Emission problem and needed the fuel injectors replaced. Honda provided a 10 yr warranty and Kendall took care of all of it for me.

    I came in planning on purchasing a car but wasn't sure if I would find what I wanted. Before reaching the door I was helped by a very nice gentlemen named Dorman. I told him the car in mind that I wanted to test drive and within 10 minutes keys were in hand and we were on the road. Whilst on the drive I basically already knew that this was the car for me so when we returned I told him this is what I wanted and we started that process. Now I've heard all the stereotypes about a salesman pressuring and trying to add features that you're not entirely interested in onto the car but he never pressured me or tried sneaking things in at all. He clearly displayed and described everything out for me and within 4 Hours I drove off with my brand new 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback EX. It would have been out sooner but was having a problem with my personal insurance. I Recommend Kendall Honda very much I had a great experience.

    I needed an oil change and rear differential fluid replaced. Nathan Harris helped me get this done. I was in an out of there in less than an hour. I had purchased my car from Kendall Chevy that had used it for their courtesy car. My first oil change took 2.5 hours. I am happy I don't have to go back there. The quote originally charged me for the oil change but when I explained I still had 2 free changes he removed those charges.

    I was really happy with my experience working with Kendall Honda. It was my first time purchasing a used car from a dealership and I was relieved to have had such a good experience. They were extremely professional, answered all of my questions, took me seriously, and worked with me on the price to get me to a place I was comfortable with based on my research on the vehicle and on my trade-in. I brought the car into a mechanic after my purchase, because of their 3-day return policy, to make sure it checked out. It came back compltely clean, but I had asked Kendall Honda what would happen if I found an issue with the car. They assured me a return would be really easy because they are a family-owned business and they want everyone to be happy with their purchases (and I bet they have a reputation to protect). Overall, I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
