We received an online estimate for a Fusion Hybrid that included an erroneous $2000 rebate. When the error was discovered, Kendall Ford immediately honored the estimate even though it meant they were selling the car to us for less than they paid for it. Tim Gonyea spent about 6 hours with us over 3 days. He was well informed, never put any pressure on us, and was delighted when we got such a good deal. Cory Newport arranged for us to compare a Fusion Hybrid with a Camry Hybrid, and had both cars waiting for us. He was also very low key and never put any pressure on us to buy. Gary Newport was helpful in finding the color we wanted. The entire staff, including the boss, Steve Ruiz, at Kendall Ford was pleasant, attentive in the best of ways, professional, and gave us excellent service even though they all knew they were losing money on the deal. You can't ask for better than that.
