    Justin was great an easy to work with. Got me in the truck I wanted and didn't try to push me toward any thang ealse. Thanks for making it super easy even with a 5yr old that wouldn't sit still..

    I really appreciate the Bend Chevrolet Service Department's commitment to servicing my truck in a timely fashion! The shuttle ride was ready to go when I dropped my keys off. They were very prompt and communicated everything done to my truck for service. It is the best service department I have experienced.

    I have a 2013 Chevy Sonic which is the best car I have ever owned. I have had excellent service at Chevy of Bend and my last visit was handled exceptionally well. Thank you for your promptness, reliability and affability!

    I had some warranty work looked at. I was very pleased with everything. Dealership had to order a part, will have replaced later date. Service writer did a great job of listening to my issues, and keep me informed while I was waiting. I was very happy with my experience with the dealership.

    Took my car in for recall notice, service department did inspection but no other work at this time. Was told the equipment was good and didn't need any new parts.

    Had a great experience. Went in just to look and got a great deal we couldn't turn down. Process was easy and friendly, one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

    Have only had our suv for 9 days. They said the 2011 suburban with only 80k miles went through inspection before we bought it. I found out through my mechanic that the breaks were bad and needed to be replaced also the oil cooler lines were leaking. They replaced only the break pads and said they would not replace the oil cooler lines doesn't really make sense to me. If something is leaking when it's inspected would t you fix it so the customer is super excited about there purchase of there new car. Super frustrated after spending 33k on a vehicle that's why I never buy a vehicle at a big dealer not trust worthy. I guess I learned my lesson

    Chevy of Bend staff was great. It was near closing when I bought my truck and I had to go so my salesman made an appointment at a future date to go over all the details when I could come back in. I said I could handle it but he insisted on me coming in to make it easier for me to know my truck. He also came in on his day off when I showed up the second time ready to make a purchase.

    When the deal was made. The dealership agreed to remove trim that was falling off. The appointment was set up a week in advance. The vehicle was dropped off at the agreed upon time. At 3:30 in the afternoon I was told that it had been forgotten and now would not be done until Monday. My wife called at 1:30 and they told her it was not done and said nothing about the body shop guys leaving that morning because they had no work. So why wouldn't they just tell her then and lie. Needless to say if they would have communicated and told me the truth this experience would have been a lot better. Mistakes happen but then to not notify me and lie to my wife makes me a bit angry. Communication is key!!! Just be truthful!! That is all....

    Have just purchased my third 2500 HD Silverado DuraMax from Lithia in Bend. Have been extremely satisfied with all my dealings especially with my sales rep Justin Gift. Thanks for making buying a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. Until I started doing business with Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend I did not think that was possible.

    Jeff Razler coordinated a paint job and an electrical problem at the service department in exemplary fashion. Five Stars. Mike at the paint shop kept me updated and did an excellent job. Five more Stars!

    My sincere thanks to Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend and especially to Warren Regnier, Service Advisor. Warren was very helpful to me on my recent warranty repair work. He did the contact work, set up the appointment and had my car repaired without any problems. I am truly grateful for his thorough customer service efforts.

    George Reyes figured out the problem, parts have been ordered. All is good. Very pleased with the service, Jeff Raszler has always worked me in in a timely manner, informative as to the problem. Very satisfied with the service at Chevrolet of Bend.
