Dealership Service Review
When the deal was made. The dealership agreed to remove trim that was falling off. The appointment was set up a week in advance. The vehicle was dropped off at the agreed upon time. At 3:30 in the afternoon I was told that it had been forgotten and now would not be done until Monday. My wife called at 1:30 and they told her it was not done and said nothing about the body shop guys leaving that morning because they had no work. So why wouldn't they just tell her then and lie. Needless to say if they would have communicated and told me the truth this experience would have been a lot better. Mistakes happen but then to not notify me and lie to my wife makes me a bit angry. Communication is key!!! Just be truthful!! That is all....
