    General experience was good! I drove 2hours to this dealer, so I was prepared to lose my mind if they jerked me around, but my salesperson, David was great. They tried to sell me the extended warranty, like they all do, but wasn't too pushy when I said no. Test drive, trade in and paperwork and I was out of there in a little under 3 hours, which seems like a win to me!

    I am a long-time Volvo owner buying first Honda and new vehicle in 23 years. My salesman answered my questions and suggested a different model oh Honda after listening to my needs driving style. Took us to the HRV ExL and walked us through all features and technology unfamiliar to us.

    My wife and I enjoyed the buying experience up until the salesman, Robert Soto, pushed hard for the extended warranty and interior sealer. I suggest the dealership let customers know these things are available, but back off on the hard sell.

    Margo Mack is one of the nicest, low pressure salespeople I've dealt with. She spent tons of time with us and even came in on her day off in order to deliver the car to us. I'd rank her a 10 out of 10!

    Being our first car, we were very apprehensive and unsure what to expect. However, our sales agent, Belinda, was very helpful and went through a lot of trouble to make our first car buying experience a joy, including picking us up from our home, and most importantly, being honest and upfront about everything. We recommend Belinda and Beaverton Honda very highly for their wonderful service.

    I came in to test drive a 2018 civic lx and when it came to the trade in offer for my camry they wanted to charge me $250 for the 2nd set of keys I had at hone, Rediculious, I told them I could drive home and get them the lead sales person said we will still not drop the extra $250 charge. Also they went by the factor options on my car which was not correct I have heated seats and they tried to say I did not .Just look at the button that indicates the heated seats are on.I would not recommend them to anyone

    I bought a vehicle in transit. I am week out and I don’t have the vehicle. The initial estimate was 1-3 days. It is now 3-9 days. Most people buy on site vehicles so our representative didn’t have the best understanding on intransit. He never promised a date and has been kind in humoring my update requests. I finally talked with a manager who gave me a clearer picture of why they cannot give reliable delivery dates. Sadly that was 4 days after we went ahead with the deal. I am not sure I would have bought an intransit vehicle had I known all the vagueness surrounding the delivery. We are happy it was done so that we got that months deals. The sales rep has been great to work with. I will try and update this when we get the vehicle.
    • The dealership has contacted me again. It was kind enough to let me know the vehicle is not in, and might be in in the next day or 2. I appreciated that they were giving me updates without me having to contact them.

    • Rating update 3 stars. Dealer always responded to emails within 24 hours. Time spent at the dealership was good. Dealer did end up honoring all commitments, after I communicated with the dealership, but they had several slip ups.

    • I have now completed my purchase from Beaverton Honda. I am not sure that I would fully recommend them. I have had numerous issues with communication, fulfillment of ordering, and having them be transparent as promised. I am satisfied that everything has been taken care of, but the purchase was at the end of February and the completion was on the 13th of April. I am also surprised that I haven't been contacted, besides the survey. I was honest and rated them well for what was done well. I also interacted with 3 different sales manages, who while were helpful, none followed up with me and the hand offs between them were based on incomplete information. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering a vehicle from them, and feel that they would have done better with a vehicle on the lot.

    The most unpleasant experience ever. The sales lie right to your face. If you want to buy or lease to go Wilsonville Honda or Gladstone. Very unprofessional and confirm car sales representative as lying and dishonest people. Think twice before you go there.I regret to say, but I have to most unpleasant experience with one on your salespersons. About two weeks ago I try to lease a car from Beaverton Honda. I was rejected because of my credit history. The same sales person who worked with me before send me an email yesterday. Please see the communication below.Hi Brandon, We decide to not lease Honda Clarity until we will have our own house. We may be interested to lease Honda Civic 2017 for $200/ month and give our Toyota as the downpayment. Oregon is adding a sales tax on cars and registration fees are going up on January 1st. After about 30 min of lease negotiation your sales told me that I am not qualified for lease anyway and the only option for me is to purchase the car. For my question why he wrote me about lease, I was told that he did it because I was asking about it. I was very pissed because I have to cancel and change lot of my plans right before New Year. I was also pissed that your employee knew an advanced that I will be not qualified for lease anyway. I was shocked by this lies. If this is way your companies treat customers, I will make sure that no one from my friends and co-workers never will do doing business with Beaverton Honda. I will use all social media, my work network (Oregon Health and Science University), my friends work network (Intel and Nike) to be sure that they never will be treated like me today.     Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda is really the worst Management and customer services. Once they messed up with my Odyssey (Airbag Recall), lots of trash in the car and they play with my dash cam, GPS, Radar Detector and my other things. Today 11/30/2017 I called them asking what is the color of the Reverse Backup Wire under the dash in 2000 Honda CRV? Is it GRN/WHT? They can ask their tech or print out for me the wiring diagram. I chat with Becca from customer care she cannot help unless i schedule a diagnostic appointment and pay for it. Then I spoke with Amanda Ball the Service Manager on the phone and she also will not answer my question unless I schedule a diagnostic appointment and pay for it. Then when I spoke on the speakerphone with Andy Plunkett the Parts & Service Director together with Tim Nelson the General Manager; Andy said will not give me information for free, that information is copyright and will not release it unless I pay. I spoke to Tim and he added that he does not care about the review that I will post and he wants me to make sure that I will spell his name and the others correctly in my review. Honda Beaverton is the worse in customer’s services and will try to take my business somewhere else. Becca said she cannot help me in that but she can schedule me in for a diagnosis appointment. That i need to pay for it. i asked her to ask the tech for me or to look it up in the wiring All i need is the answer to my question. Reply to Alex Haigh, Marketing Coordinator: You are now lying to clean up and shine your Beaverton Management. i spoke with Andy Plunkett, Parts & Service Director about my Odyssey add to that you can read the full review on Beaverton Honda Facebook page. All i want is information (in my 2000 CRV, what color is the reverse wire under the dash?) i spoke first with Beeca, Customers services, she refused to help me. Then i spoke with Amanda Ball, Service Manager and she also refused to help unless i schedule an appointment and pay. After that Andy Plunkett, Parts & Service Director called and wants me to pay for any information that i want. then he gives the phone to Tim Nelson, General Manager and Tim told me to make sure that i will spell the names correct in my reviews and with BBB. i never spoke with Alex Haigh, Marketing Coordinator the one she is replying to my reviews and of course, i understand she is trying to protect her General Manager and the other members at customers services and members of the management because of her paycheck from them. updates: Tim Nilson called me to asked me if i am done or not yet.

    Buying a used car from this dealership was horrible. They are dishonest, disrespectful and horrible communicators. Their customer service for sales is false advertising, they don't follow through on any of their written promises, even having to do with safety issues of a car you are buying from them. They are incompetent and just want to finish the sale as quickly as possible without your best interest. I would not buy a car from this dealership.

  • Awful Experience - unprofessional & disorganized

    I sold Beaverton Honda a car on 9/3/17. I was told it would take 10 days to receive payment. It took me multiple attempts to contact the check, and was told: "check is in the mail." In the end, it took over a month, and only due to my diligence in following up was it resolved. The GSM admitted that there were multiple screw-ups, but it doesn't negate the fact they "sat" on money that was owed to me for over two weeks. That's inexcusable. I expected more from Beaverton Honda. And, just as disappointed I was in the dealership's failure to make timely payment for the car I sold the dealership, is how they failed to find a resolution.
