Awful Experience - unprofessional & disorganized

onI sold Beaverton Honda a car on 9/3/17. I was told it would take 10 days to receive payment. It took me multiple attempts to contact the check, and was told: "check is in the mail." In the end, it took over a month, and only due to my diligence in following up was it resolved. The GSM admitted that there were multiple screw-ups, but it doesn't negate the fact they "sat" on money that was owed to me for over two weeks. That's inexcusable. I expected more from Beaverton Honda. And, just as disappointed I was in the dealership's failure to make timely payment for the car I sold the dealership, is how they failed to find a resolution.
