Easy buying process.
by Kellielea on 12/08/2023Salesman (Paul) was polite and didn't push add-on extras. Finance guy was quick and efficient. The on-line manager did push the Resistall coating - saying it had already been applied and was $695 extra and non.negotiable. However they… did remove the fee after some haggling. Same thing happened 2 years ago with Bob Howard in OKC. Overall the experience was positive and we are happy with the price we paid for the vehicle.It's great that your overall experience was positive, though it sounds like there was a bit of a snag with the Resistall coating. It seems like the salesman and finance guy made the process smooth and efficient for you, which is always a plus. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction! We appreciate your business. Second time horrible service
by Danny J on 11/12/2023First time after oil change, tech didn’t fasten splash shield with required connections. Came loose and was damaged. Second time, took vehicle in for none function rear taillight. Tech replaced relay under driver headlight. Then headlights… didn’t work. More senior tech found cable just above relay was yanked out and broken. Replaced wiring harness, then discovered both taillight assembly needed to be replaced. Picked up car told all was fixed after 1500 parts and labor. Brake lights work but not driving lights. So back again for second timeGreat service

Transmission issues

Kept me informed every step along, and had the car back to me, running great in 2 days!!!Thank you for acknowledging Dave for his professionalism and dedication. So, I took matters into my on hands and got with a different service helper, his name is Dave Brock. Mr.… Brock called me with updates on my car, made sure I was able to come pick it up. I drove three then noticed, online, that Southpointe Honda had one on their lot. I went there, to look and drive it. No pressure from the… salesman. He had all the info I needed to make a decision. I returned the next day to make a deal and purchased a 2022 4 runner at a price I could live with.
