I had gotten a service helper, but I could not get ahold of him. Left him a message and told him to call me back and never happened. So, I took matters into my on hands and got with a different service helper, his name is Dave Brock. Mr. Brock called me with updates on my car, made sure I was able to come pick it up. I 100% will be going to Mr. Brock for now on. Dave Brock is a great service helper at Honda!
