Took less than 10 minutes to process car into service center, even though I was 8th in line. All service, and a general safety inspection done before I could finish… breakfast at a nearby restaurant. All staff are extremely cordial, and conversational. Overall, the best experience I had that particular day.When it comes time to service your vehicle, it is our pleasure to make it convenient and efficient for you. VER POOR SERVICE !!!
by Rdiffee on 08/09/2023Made an appointment for Oil change, Tire Rotation & Brakes. The check tire pressure light just came on when I was on the way to the service appointment. It 4-1/2 hours for just the oil change. When I got the car back, none of the other… things had been done. It took another two hours to do the rest brakes. Then when I got in the car the tire pressure light was still on, which took another 15 minutes. The complete service experience took 7 hours !!! This is totally rediculas. Ihave been a loyal customer for well over 20 years. I will probably move my business to Don Carlton or Honda of Muskogee !!!Best service department

Appointment made but not honored
by Dissatisfied on 07/28/2023Appointment was not honored. Took over 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. Customer Service was not apologetic. Very disappointed in their attitude.Good
