    What an amazing buying experience! My son had bought a malibu from Vance and he brought me in to see him. Vance walked me out there showed me some Trax, and I fell in love with them! Couldn't have asked for a better vehicle, salesman, and buying experience! I know why they say Vance is the best!

    Just bought a vehicle from Logan at Jim Glover Chevrolet. Christian helped along the way. The entire experience was hassle free and very easy going. These guys are exceptional at their jobs and customer service. I highly recommend this dealership. I will definitely be doing business here again.

    Excellent salesperson who took time to ask questions about the details needed or not needed for a car purchase. Several selections were presented. Comparisons helped in making the right decision. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and professional. Overall, a great experience.

    I went in to sell my truck. They offered me a lot more than anyone else. In the process, we looked at a new truck and liked it. They lowered the price without us even asking and even gave us more for our trade in. There was no pressure and very courteous and professional sales people.

    Was a smooth process from start to finish. I liked that the sales knew about the different options on the different vehicles. It was really interesting. Sales & Finance was great.

    Honestly, it was a nightmare buying my car from them. A nightmare. Would not ever recommend. Very pushy and makes you wait HOURS. I tried to leave and they kept being super pushy. The finance person would not listen when I repeatedly said no to gap insurance, and then he tried to manipulate me and say I was putting my mother in a bad spot if I didn’t and something went wrong. It was horrible and unprofessional. I’ve since realized my vehicle is uncomfortable to drive long distances, I’ve gone to several places to try and trade it in and they’ve said have ALL said that jim glover took advantage and put me in a situation when I’m at a deficit and they won’t be able to pay it off so I can trade. My car needed a new battery this week, and it was taken to get serviced. It took them over a day and a half to put a new battery in. When I went to drive away. All the emergency lights came back on. I left and took it to a trusted mechanic who said when they put the battery in; they didn’t clear any of the codes. I had to pay $85 dollars for my mechanic to check over it when Jim glover should have done that to begin with. Don’t not go here. If I could give back my car and cancel the loan I have for it now, and never deal with them again, I would. Absolutely nightmare. Do not recommend.

  • NOT Swarmed by Sharks (salespeople)..!!

    I arrived at Jim Glover Chevrolet on the River already knowing exactly what we wanted. Not being immediately accosted by Salespeople, I checked in with the very nice lady at the front desk who got right up and saw who was available to help me. It happened to be the Assistant Manager. After a brief warm and friendly greeting we went straight into his office where I showed him my phone with the vehicle we were interested in displayed from their website that had their price for it as well. Without skipping a beat, he got on his computer and checked on availability and confirmed that it was still up for grabs and at the price shown, subject to other possible discounts. Their website showed me that it was "In Transit" and that was also confirmed when he looked up the location of the vehicle and showed me on the map that it was marking time in Lansing, Michigan. I was then handed over to a friendly and knowledgeable salesman who let us test drive a very similar vehicle. He answered all our questions and let us know what features our vehicle would have. The test drive and consultations confirmed that we wished to proceed with the purchase. Paperwork was drawn up with the adjusted sales price which was agreed to and signed. After some friendly and off-topic conversation that almost made saying goodbye seem sad, we were shown to (not herded to) the Finance Department where the equally friendly and accomodating gentleman guided us through the financial side of this visit. When the official documents were agreed to and signed, we were given copies of all we wanted that were properly folded in order and placed in a Company envelope for our convenience. We were kindly shown (not rushed) back to the main lobby where we were able to say farewell to the previous people that had helped us along the way. The goodbye seemed just as warm and genuine as the initial hello did... and that was AFTER the deal was done. My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect the entire time, which we did our best to reciprocate to that level in return. Not once were we shown, offered or prodded into buying something we did not want...! Aside from the friendliness of the staff, everything was handled efficiently and in a most professional manner. Their facility is clean, spacious and comfortable... with the overall appearance of being very organized. We were treated like people, not cattle. It was apparent they wanted our business but without the phony platitudes stating such. Very professional. We felt like we did a transaction on the purchase of an automobile... not buying a bottle of Snake Oil from a traveling salesman. Our Jim Glover on the River experience left us in good spirits and feeling confident that a price suitable to both parties was achieved.

  • Best buying experience ever!

    We have been going to the same dealership for years and it has never been the greatest experience but it was close to home so we just continued to use them. I have been looking for another Camaro for a while now. Actually this will be my fourth one. We decided to call around to see if they had any available at other dealerships because Camaros are hard to find these days, we called Jim Glover in Tulsa and he actually had one that came in that morning so we drove two hours and the experience was so relaxing! They treated us very well. I told our salesman Dolan that I did not want to be there all day long. I just wanted to get everything finished no nonsense and that’s exactly what he did. Everyone there was just so respectful and kind! We will be life customers!!

    Sales Representative was informative and most of all patient and not pushy… The entire process took place over the phone (I was out of state) and a two week period of time… during our interaction I walked away from the process with his dealership at minimum of 4 times… we were dealing with a car that was in high demand and low inventory and didn’t have the safety features we wanted… At the end of the day we bought the car (reluctantly I might add) and put a down payment on the car… an hour after the the down payment was sent - he called me back and said a loaner car just became available with all the features we wanted and for us to have first opportunity to buy… The remainder of the deal took place electronically and my wife picked up the car the next morning…

  • Worst vehicle purchase experience ever

    From being screwed in the finance office after they learned I was dropped off 140 miles away from home GM financing was no longer in the table. Even with a 843 credit score I was only offered 4.7% APR. I went to call my local credit union after they showed me what they came up with, the finance office told me "we didn't have time for that " that it was 4.7% or nothing. that or get a taxi to take me home. As for the vehicle, it was a "new" 2020 3500HD. The vehicle was wrecked by someone on the lot, then the damage was not disclosed as per oklahoma law states it must be. It was not until after I returned home to find the rear number was bent in. I had to drive back to the lot after 21 day's from purchase (that's how long it took to get them to schedule a time to fix it) they had it for 7 days to replace a bumper. No paperwork was given even after asking showing they had it for 7 days and what work was done to the vehicle. The man on the phone in charge of getting it fix told me he knew the vehicle was damaged before I bought it. So this dealership willfully hide this damage to make sure they got more money for a new vehicle they knew was damaged. Throw predatory financial practices on top of that. I say stay far away from [non-permissible content removed].

    We have had no issues with actual service on our car, however when we bought the vehicle at your dealership last November the wireless phone charger did not work. We were told that you guys would fix it no cost to us. We have brought it in for 3 oil changes so far and each time i schedule one they dont have the parts or record of our the problem. It is a 2 hr drive one way to your dealership. I would just like to know what I need to do to get the wireless charger to work?

    I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade. It was not my first choice but financially it was the better choice. The reason I'm disappointed is because when I did the test drive the tire pressure alert was on. I notified the lady with me and she said she would take care of it. When we were signing all the paperwork she said it was inspected and the tire was filled with air to 40psi. When we questioned the psi amount we were told that Jeep tires take more air. So, we went straight home and the Jeep was parked in the driveway. Next day when I started the Jeep the tire alert came on. I went straight to the tire shop in my town. The owner said the tire was extremely unsafe to have been driving on and the psi was very unsafe to be driving on. Anyway, I had to buy a brand new tire which cost a little over $100 dollars. I had received a nice message from Kristen Glover wanting to make sure I was taken care of so I sent her an email with copy of the new tire receipt. I explained the situation and my disappointment that I was sent home, about 2hrs away, with an extremely unsafe tire that could have caused harm to my family (praise the Lord nothing bad happened) and she never bothered to email me back to say she was sorry.in my email I also expressed the importance of the vehicle maintenance staff being educated on all types of tires and proper psi in them.
