    Our experience with Seth Wadley began with our salesman, Kenny East, who was outstanding. He took away my perception of the stereotype car salesman. He never once was pushy or aggressive, however, he ensured we were happy and had all our questions answered.

    I was completely happy with my experience buying a new truck at Wadley Ford. My salesman Terrence was a complete professional, had the truck I was interested in ready to go when I arrived, and the only pressure I felt was his interest in making sure my buying experience was a good one.

    Our sales person was exceptional. He worked with us regarding our needs for a truck. Was not pushy in any way. He was patient and very knowledgeable. The hour drive to this dealership was well worth it. All other Seth Wadley employees we came in contact with was Grade A. All were very friendly and willing to help.

    So much to tell but not enough room. They lie to get you in and then offer you the lowest price for your trade. On top of that they just turn their backs and walk out without even trying to negotiate or ask how much cash I have down.

    My sales lady did a wonderful job, SW team was very friendly and understanding to our needs. however was not pleased with the male finance manager who changed things the last second, After we agreed to certain conditions. I was already approved for 25000 from tcfu, And was never asked by SW to run my credit score,

    The sales rep JT was friendly and not pushy. We had specific desires in a vehicle and he worked to put us in what we wanted. The finance rep, Julie was also very friendly and was thorough when walking us through the financing.

    The sales person, Daryl K., listens and understands what we are looking for in a vehicle and does not waste our time. He has sold us four trucks in the last four years and knows what we want. He makes the experience easy and enjoyable. He actually goes beyond my expections in working with us to find the truck we need. The most recent purchase was a result of his dedicated effort to locate a truck that is very difficult to find. He is pleasant, obviously knowledgable of his products, and treats us with utmost curtesy and respect. Julie in the financial office also made our last visit easy and pleasant. She is obviously competent, bright, and knowledgable. She even worked to correct an error that had been made in the service department on one of my recently purchased vehicles. Both of these professionals are tremendous assets for Seth Wadley. The negotiations over price are reasonable and forthright.

    I kept wondering who died and made me King. Everyone treated me like I was Royalty. From Ashley, who spoke with me on the phone and made my shopping appointment, to Jason S., who seemed to think his only purpose in life was to show me vehicle after vehicle until I found the one I wanted, and everyone else who, although very busy, seemed to have plenty of time to say a kind word, or bring me a refreshment, or make me feel like I was an important and welcome part of their life, I came away feeling like I was part of something special; like I was a beloved family member, and not merely a customer. Reminiscent of a favorite old TV show, I felt like I was where everyone knew my name and they were very glad I came. I met people who became my friends, and a couple who remembered me as their friend in years past. I almost hated to leave, but when I did, I felt that I had been given the best 'first new-car' buying experience of anyone in history. I can't wait until it's time for my first free oil change. I know when I walk in, more then one will say, "Hi, Mitchell! Good to see you again."

    Upon arriving & meeting Salesman Jonathan F., we told him what we wanted to see. During the whole process he wasn't pushey or didn't try to talk us into something else. He was very thorough explaining differrent model of trucks. His demeanor through the sale was EXCELLENT. James C., Sales Manager Travis & Julie L. were also very thorough & a PLEASURE to do Business with!!!! I never got any impression I was not being told the truth about the transaction like I have in other car dealerships. We would recommend SETH WADLEY FORD & STAFF to all interested in buying a NEW VEHICLE. Thanks, Jonathan, James, Travis, & Julie FOR A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!

    I was looking for a Nissan Altima for my son. Saw an ad in the local paper and called Legacy. Discussed the Nissan with them and told them that I had a trade. Described the trade and the salesman (Kenny) asked me where I needed to be to trade. I told him a difference ot 5-6K. He said that he would call me back. After a few minutes, Kenny called and told me that they could "not get there". I thanked him and hung up. A day later, Kenny called and asked me if it "would make me happy" if we could get to a $3500. difference. He said that he had talked to the sales manager (Dax) and they thought they could get there. I told him that I was interested and would let him know when I would be in the dealership, and would call that evening. About 5:30 I tried calling the dealership and continued calling for an hour. After that I had decided that they must not be open. What dealership closes at 5pm on the last Saturday of the month?????????????? Their normal hours during the week are later. Needless to say, I was not able to call him back. The following Monday, I made a trip to Pauls Valley to talk to Kenny and take my trade. Kenny told me that the Altima was not at the dealership, that an employee had it in Moore, OK. We drove another car on the lot and Kenny drove our trade. He assured me that the trade was "all I said it was", and that he would call me about 9am the next morning. I asked it we could drive and meet the employee somewhere to look at the Altima. He told me that the car would be at the dealership in the morning. I called the dealership at 9 the following morning and was told that Kenny did not work on Tuesday's, but that the sales manager would call Kenny on his cell phone and have him call me. Minutes later, Kenny called and told me that the owner told them that they could not trade for the $3500. they had offered. He said the the manager had told him that they would be losing money. Why now???????????? AFTER ALL....they had called me back with the offer. I had not called them after the initial offer. I told him that it was not good business and that word of mouth went alot farther than an advertising. I also reminded him that he had told me that the trade "was all I said it was". He said that he did not like to hurt people's feelings. I told him that I was not happy. He was very apologetic and we hung up. I decided to call Legacy and talk to Dax, the sales manager. Instead I reached Brian , another salesman. He told me that Kenny wanted to talk to me. This time Kenny was very defensive and rude. He told me that I was upset because I had driven to several places to look at cars. (This guy should be a doctor...what a diagnosis! Over the phone even!) Needless to say, he continued to try to twist the story, saying that I had never called back on Saturday...which was a lie...I tried numerous times to call...they were not open. He said that he had told me that they closed at 5pm on Saturday...then why would I even try to call?????? I told him that HE was the one who contacted me with the second offer, that I had not called him. I told him that was bad business and that I would do everything that I could to keep his business at a minimum. He assured me that he had a good business. At that point, I told him to enjoy it,and hung up the phone. I did not care to argue with him, or care to hear his twisted version of what happened. DO NOT take these people at their word. Their word is no good and if they get caught up in a deal that they cannot honor, the lie their way our of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
