    It was great everyone was nice and helpful but I was told the oil was changed I looked at it and the oil is dirty and under the only floor mat was filled with dirt I dont call that being detailed and the windshield fluid was down pretty low

    came in and bought a car and not even 10 minutes off the property car is sputtering and i come back i kindly ask to pick a different car but they were saying in the state of oklahoma once you leave the lot they dont have to take the car back. but just because thats the law doesn’t give you the human right to be immoral. dealer started playing dumb: was it not like that during our test drive? it past all the checks? Clearly not. still have not heard from dealer on a update to them fixing the car. this is so embarrassing.

    BUYER BE WARE Agreed on a price and then the sales people increases the price on me and then lied about it. BUYER BE WARE take pictures of all numbers presented on price. Your leverage for negotiations is on the 1st day you walk in and you need to take pictures of all numbers the present and agree to or they will change it on you and lie about like they did to me.   • Didn’t follow through with what was said

    Didn’t want us to pay cash and wanted to us to pay minimum 4 months before we could pay the rest off in cash. Offered if they fixed the TPMS and hail dents that we would buy the car and we agreed, they said I could walk out with the car and I could come in another day and get them fixed but when I called apparently they replaced the fix of the hail dents with a discount of 1,000$ that we never got.

    Our sales person Austin was great not pushy. He was very friendly now the boss on the other hand wasn’t very Negotiable he was ok one thing I wasn’t happy with is Vehicle we bought had a bad tire on it and really big nail in it, the tread on the tire was bad I asked them if they could fix it but only thing they did was patch it!!!

    In live in California, and bought a vehicle for my child in Oklahoma. I was able to negotiate a fair deal via text and phone calls. I was able to complete all the business documentation via overnight mail in just 2 days. My child didn't have to stress anything; "just go get your new car".

    Fred at Bob Howard Nissan was fantastic! He waited late at the dealership for us to make our5 hour drive. He never rushed us or pushed us into anything. We test drove the vehicle we bought twice and ended up closing the deal around midnight. Fred was very kind and I would recommend him to everyone looking for a car!
