    Dropped Car off Saturday at opening per my online reservation. They didn't even look at it until Wednesday, and my several calls to the service rep and finally the Manager.

  • Oil change

    I went in to have an oil changed and tire rotation. They are so worried about changing all the different fluids in my car coating $2100 but couldn’t refill the windshield washer fluid that was empty. What others fluids did they actually check? Did they just tell me what needs to be done or did they actually check it. I don’t think they did. Also my oil change and tire rotation with a discount was a $160. It was $100 just 6 months ago. My husband got his diesel truck done a month ago and was only $100. This is ridiculous. No one can afford this.

    Made an appointment at 9am on Saturday and finally picked up car at 4pm. No one even called me to let me know exactly when the car was done. Why would I even make an appointment 🙄 if it take 7 hours to complete and oil change, tire rotation and replace cabin filter. You should keep your appointments and not take walk-ins on Saturdays.

    If you can arrive early you can get in & out pretty quickly. The waiting area & bathrooms are very clean, comfortable & updated! You can even get a free coffee latte while you wait & watch big TV’s.

    Way over charged us on air conditioner. Just needed freon. Of course it wasn't covered in our extended warranty. Would not take a check. Debit card was declined by their machine. Bank told me nothing wrong with my card that it was declined by their machine. Did not wash my car. We will never be back.
