by Winesnob7 on 08/28/2023Went to view a 2022 Toyota RAV4 for $26,800 and 31,000 miles with one owner and used for personal miles only. Not only did the dealership lie to us, we found that the vehicle was a rental vehicle and then sold to an unknown buyer and it… had 34,975 actual miles, as well as now service records. Too bad, and a huge waste of time!Not the price advertised
by George on 01/17/2023Price advertised is not the price they will sell the car for. Checked on an Q70 advertised for $24,700 but was quoted $28,000, to buy it when I called about it. They listed dealer incentives which are not listed in any of the… advertisement. In order to get the $24,700 price, you must have a trade, come into the dealership and let them carry the financing, which none of which was listed in the advertisement. I don't live in Oklahoma and would not have a problem with any of that, if it was disclosed in the advertisement up front, as it was a waste of time calling and planning for nothing.Don't waste your time
by Roger Walker on 01/16/2021I drove over 1 hour to get to this dealership to see a car that was listed to have 13,000 miles. I called the day before and made sure the vehicle was available. Upon arrival I got into the car for a test drive and noticed the car had over… 74,000 miles. The salesman and the manager claimed they had no control over what was put on their websites and tried to sell me on the car anyway. Seeing as how this dealership is very far out into the boonies, I assume this is their standard practice. They bait you into driving long distances for falsely advertised cars and then use the time you drove to get there as leverage.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by Gene on 07/09/2020Do not do business with this dealership. Especially if you are from out of state. I went thru Autotrader and found a Jeep that this dealership was selling. I live just outside of St. louis Missouri. It was late at night but I was surprised… that Shelly Davis responded so fast. All was cool. I spent three days talking and texting with her. She sent me a credit form that I filled out. When I responded that is was finished with the credit application, I told her I wanted to keep my payments at a certain level. The next day, July 2, she called asking me about my trade in. I sent pictures to her of the VIN and Mileage. She called me later that afternoon and said all was good and that we would be able to get the payments where I wanted them. I said great and asked her when she worked so I could ride down, 450 miles, to her to finish the paper work and drive off with the Jeep. She said 9am to 8pm Friday and the same for Saturday. I told her that I would leave in the morning, Friday, and would be there about 2pm or 3. She said that would be great and couldn't wait to see me. I asked if there was anything else I need to do or bring to the sale. She said just my drivers license and trade in title. We drive down there, arrived at 1:30pm. We went in the dealership and escorted to a table to wait for Shelly. We sat there for a few minutes, the Shelly came over introduced herself and even asked how the drive was. She said she would be right with us. Few minutes later a man comes and sits next to us and says that the Jeep was sold 15 minutes before we arrived. I was hot. I did say a few expletives because I could not believe they sold the vehicle out from under us like this. We stormed out but I went back in to speak to the floor manager. He introduced himself as Rod or Rob (he had a big black beard). He asked me to go in his office. He proceeded to say that it was Oklahoma law that they can not hold cars for anyone. I called the Oklahoma new car and used car commissions and they said they do not have such a law. The dealership lied to me. Then asked if I had signed any paper prior to coming. I said no I live in Missouri and Shelly didn't mention anything about holding vehicles. I asked why he wasn't aware of our deal and he said she sells too many cars to keep up with her. He offered to buy me lunch or pay for a tank of gas. I was fuming but sort of understood but didn't know he was lying about the hold law. He had no empathy or sympathy towards the situation. Just it wasn't their fault. He said give him 10 min and see if he can find a deal and that he will lose money but wants it to be a win win situation. I told him this jeep had the extras like tow package and winch. He said he would look. He came back out with a copy of a dealer sales tag. He said he would pay for the winch and tow package. Then I noticed that the price for the jeep was 31k. I asked if he was going to give it to me for the same price as the jeep I wanted and said no he couldn't do that. He tried to upsell me a vehicle by8-9k. incredible. These guys are [non-permissible content removed]. Buy somewhere else. I would give a zero rating but you cant. Also, most of the 5 star ratings are due to them saying if you give them a 5 star you will be entered in a thousand dollar drawing. Its posted on their windows. Stay away. Jeremy Bird, if this is the staff you keep, you are no better than the [non-permissible content removed] you employ. This past week, Shelly sent me and email and text asking me if I'm still interested in the vehicle and wanted to know if I wanted more pictures. These people act like they have no clue what they are doing.Sales

by Shelly on 09/07/2019I purchased a Kia optima. Noticed the tabs on the bumper were loose. Said something about it to salesman and a chrome strip was missing off the car he said he would replace. Had the car 2 months the rear bumper totally detached and front… bumper doing the same. Called the dealership and was told to take it to city to Kia they wouldn't do anything. I spoke with manager told him what salesman. Promised me would be fixed. He told me to bring car in . Took the car in and was told they wouldnt fix it to take it to a collision shop. I advised that salesman told me he would have all that taken take. Care if when car was purchased. I was advised salesman no longer works there. I wonder why? Took car to collision shop is going to cost me 1200 to fix and was advised that bumper had been removed perviously on front and rear and was just tacked back on there no wonder it fell off it was hanging on one side. I was totally lied to by sales rep and did t get anywhere with manager. I gave 18000 for this car and both bumpers are falling off. I was assured by salesman car had not been wrecked but evidently something happened for both bumpers to detach from the car and the chrome strip missing from door. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and will not reccomend them to anyone as they dont stand behind what they say and you will just get a big run around. They are more interested in a sale than standing behind their product.Patroit chandler ok

David our Salesman was awesome and more than accommodating. We told him… our issues and he took the extra time to put us in a truck we wanted at an affordable price. He was very honest and didn't try no hard core sale tactics on us. My husband was home with an injury and he went out if his way to bring papers to our home for him to sign. I definitely will purchase my next vehicle with Him, as I'm considering a car right now as well. Would highly reccireco this dealership to anyone . We made a deal, they didn’t honor it.. don’t go there unless you want to get lied to and treated like a third class citizen.. we have excellent credit... had check in hand… and they won’t deal. I made a deal to buy a 2008 ford pick up from shawn corntassel and his sorry excuse for a manager and because I would not take the financing they had and went to my bank and got the $15000… they wher asking . they told me the pick up was sold then I look on their site and they have it listed for $20000 $5000 more than they where asking they tried to scam me with their financing bs it did not work.they have zero integrity and are an embarrassment to the car dealer industry and should be kicked out on their butts.Only giving them one star because it made me!!!

by Mispowell on 10/17/2018Me and my husband went there and bought two cars and from the get-go these people have given us the run-around they never got our paperwork right to begin with now that we're trying to trade one of the vehicles in they tell me that we need… to come in and sign paperwork don't tell me that I need to bring stuff mind you we don't live in the same town as them so we have to drive all the way over there just for them to tell us that we needed to turn around and go back and get paperwork to prove that this is what we're saying that this is and then the truth comes out that's all they're wanting to do is sell us a car I absolutely do not recommend going there my entire experience there has been crap I will never ever go there againLEMON CAR

We have been on a merry go round for the past 3 weeks about getting him back up and running with very to little no cooperation from this… dealership. Grant it the sales manager we have speaking with has tried to help but we still haven't gotten anywhere. Not only have I been inconvenienced with having to take my son to work, while he is paying for a non working car that we had someone to look at already and replace the battery but we are the bad guys. by Madison on 05/19/2018We looked all over and have had many experiences with different dealerships when we finally stumbled upon a specific truck here at Patriot CDJR in Chandler. It was a good 3 hour drive and we were pretty hesitant to make it at first but it… ended up being a GREAT decision. Caleb Daniels was the guy who helped us out and he did great! Very personable and worked hard to get us what we needed. They are very flexible with everything! Definitely recommend that anyone interested in Dodge, Jeep, or Ram go here! We will definitely return when ready to buy another vehicle!
