Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chandler

I purchased a Kia optima. Noticed the tabs on the bumper were loose. Said something about it to salesman and a chrome strip was missing off the car he said he would replace. Had the car 2 months the rear bumper totally detached and front bumper doing the same. Called the dealership and was told to take it to city to Kia they wouldn't do anything. I spoke with manager told him what salesman. Promised me would be fixed. He told me to bring car in . Took the car in and was told they wouldnt fix it to take it to a collision shop. I advised that salesman told me he would have all that taken take. Care if when car was purchased. I was advised salesman no longer works there. I wonder why? Took car to collision shop is going to cost me 1200 to fix and was advised that bumper had been removed perviously on front and rear and was just tacked back on there no wonder it fell off it was hanging on one side. I was totally lied to by sales rep and did t get anywhere with manager. I gave 18000 for this car and both bumpers are falling off. I was assured by salesman car had not been wrecked but evidently something happened for both bumpers to detach from the car and the chrome strip missing from door. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and will not reccomend them to anyone as they dont stand behind what they say and you will just get a big run around. They are more interested in a sale than standing behind their product.
